The staff : top tier , the facility was clean and the food was fresh and taste good each morning with a warm smiled The manager Mr Ellis and all staff need to know they are doing a great ; I will he back for sure!!
- STSamantha TaylorMay 23, 20265.0I give this hotel a ten out of ten. A hotel with reasonable rates. My first stay here I was hesitant, because of how it looked on the outside. Never judge a book by its cover. Noo… it’s not the Ritz Carlton, but the service is impeccable. When you call the front desk for anything they’re quick to accommodate your needs. Their breakfast is awesome, the pool area is beautiful, parking is safe, and for Tesla drivers yes they do have charging stations. The next time you’re in Greenwood Mississippi give SureStay a try. You won’t be disappointed.❤️😃❤️

Very courteous and kind staff that actually clean. 🧼 🧽 Solid option for Greenwood and they were very accommodating with my allergies! Btw I saw a previous post about the pool being closed but it was open when I was there.

He had front desk to call my room after he gave me $30 off the room. And i paid $172. The front desk was the one told me to book online
- MBMisty BoydFeb 6, 20261.0They advertise they have a indoor/ outdoor pool. Once we arrived the suppose to be inside pool was posted closed for the season. This was a new one for me for an inside pool. The Bed was made up with two sheets with a throw blanket in the middle of the sheets. The heat wasn't working properly. Once I talked to the manager he was rude and stated that the room had a new unit didn't try to come and see for himself. Ask about more blankets he was very hesitant about give extra throw blankets. Horrible experience. First and last time staying and I will also be letting my job know who contracted the rooms for our company to find another place they have false advertising. Highly disappointed. Don't forget the bugs in the room that bite.
