  Upon checking in I discovered a bed with a broken frame and slumped in the middle like a bowl along with a purple screen TV. I immediately went to the front desk and asked for a refund and cancellation. Their offer was to put me in another room. It also had horrible depressions in the bed. I again asked for a refund and was assured the manager would process the refund the next morning. I left without staying. Days later Holiday Inn Corporate says they can’t help only ask the property manager to call me. The property manager will not call me. Don’t stay here.

  I would not recommend staying here. During my stay, I woke up with multiple itchy bites and later found what appeared to be a bed bug in my room. After killing it, blood came out, which made me even more concerned. I had to wash all of my clothes in hot water, inspect my luggage, and switch to another room because I no longer felt safe or comfortable. I immediately reported the issue to the front desk. What disappointed me the most was that I did not see any indication that the room had been taken out of service. There was no “Out of Order” sign or anything that suggested the room was being addressed. From what I observed, it seemed like they were more focused on continuing to rent the room than ensuring guests’ safety and comfort. This experience caused me unnecessary stress, time, and inconvenience. I hope management takes reports like this seriously, properly inspects affected rooms, and puts guest safety ahead of profit.

  Nice Hotel, rooms are nice, great staff, conveniently located for a small town. However, the Cable TV is Terrible!! Need more variety of Channels, particularly Black Channels (BET, MTV, VH1 etc)!!! Other than that...

  Stayed here for a weekend trip and honestly had a pretty good experience overall. The location was probably the best part because everything nearby was easy to get to including restaurants and shopping. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the hotel felt modern without being overly expensive. Staff was helpful anytime we needed something and the whole property looked organized and well maintained. Definitely a reliable option if you need a convenient hotel for a short stay ✨

  The staff was absolutely amazing 👏🏾 The were unbelievably kind and helpful. The hotel was clean and the Breakfast area was fully stocked. Initially, we were going to stay at the Hampton Inn, but due to Hampton having a broken elevator, we settled on Holiday Inn Express. From now on, Holiday Inn Express with be out go to lodging in thw Greenwood area. Thank you so much for the experience. Hope to be back soon.
