- SRSami RaeJul 11, 20241.0One of the worst experiences regarding customer service I have ever had. The accommodations where standard, room was clean, it was great for the night we needed, except being charged a pet fee when we never had a pet. I have called 6-7 times to have this rectified. I was told several times the camera footage would be reviewed to confirm we did not have a pet which I strongly encourage them to do so. One of the last times I attempted to have this resolved the story changed to there was $100 charge for incidental. I know for a fact there was no damage. I was always taught to leave things better than I found them. I always put all my trash in one area and bundle towels in one area. I treat others the way I want to be treated. I'm appalled at the accusations and lack of customer service and that my integrity is being questioned when camera footage can be reviewed and no photos of accused "damage" have been provided. I will never be booking with this company again.
