  Great experience clean rooms respectful staff complimentary washers and dryers along freshly brewed coffee.The GM Todd is awesome kind and friendly to all.

  I have to tell you this is the place you want to stay,not because the rooms are clean,or because they have fully stock kitchens with a full size refrigerator, definitely not because of the free laundry,or the free loaner gadgets to cook with, definitely not because of the gas grill area to unwind and cook, definitely not because it's on a better part of town, definitely not because they actually have a good maintenance team who shows up to fix things (That was all sarcasm 😜) Rather because of the service from the people who work here.Sabrina, Todd, Sarah,Me Me,Akayla,Brett,Krista. They have been on top of their game on every aspect of hospitality.this is not show because I've been here for over a month and every need has been satisfied...I travel for a living fixing everyone's power from storms so I have experienced a lot of good/bad excellence and failers this location has hit a home run on every swing they have taken... More then accommodating and above what I have experienced at almost any other location since I've been here in the Jackson area... If you trust a working man's word come here and tell them I sent ya Todd will get a kick out of it I promise!😎😎😎 Ok travel family be safe out there and take time to make those memories!!!.... Oh and the beds are sooooo soft .. Ok byeeeeeee

  The male housekeeper with the glasses that came on the fourth floor today around 1:45 pm was cursing and swearing all through the hall complaining about doing his job he talked about us like filthy animals the things he said was so rude and very unprofessional I guess he didnt think no one heard him I did and I will definitely be contacting corporate regarding this manner because if this is what the candlewood suites hire I can just imagine the time alot of people have here with certain housekeepers. If you dont want to do your job you shouldn't be at work go find another job and the front desk lady and them female housekeepers keep walking in folks rooms while they are sleep and turning on lights talking all loud no respect no remorse no privacy or nothing clearly the damn sign is on the door for do not disturb I will definitely be calling corporate about this today too because they have did this for a week straight and im sick of that shit they know people in these rooms and some folks work at night not everybody work in the daytime 😒

  I travel between all states in the southeast for work, and this is one of the best hotels I have stayed at for the price, cleanliness, and staff. Amazing service. Will definitely be staying here next time I’m in the area.

  My husband and I travel for work! Cleanliness is HUGE for us!!!!! We absolutely loved our stay here! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating, and they truly went above and beyond to make us feel right at home. It’s not often you find a place where the staff genuinely makes you feel like family, but that’s exactly how we felt during our stay. The rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. We also really appreciated the free laundry facilities and the gym—it’s those extra amenities that make such a difference when you’re staying for a while. Another great feature is the outdoor grilling area, which is a perfect spot to relax, cook a meal, and enjoy some time together. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations. The combination of clean and comfortable rooms, great amenities, a wonderful outdoor space, and especially the warm and welcoming staff made our stay feel like a home away from home. We’re incredibly grateful for how accommodating everyone has been and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, friendly, and welcoming place to stay! Very friendly front desk staff AND housekeeping!!!! Super accommodating! Cold a/c Beds are soooooooo comfortable!!! No bugs
