  Went in August 2026. The A/C didn’t work. The clerk said all their rooms were full and the manager was on vacation. Talked to the manager the following week and she had an attitude. She said that’s strange we just had them all replaced - implying I was lying. I asked someone in the elevator if their A/C worked they said yes but their commode was sitting in their shower.

  They are renting rooms that have no working A/C. I thought someone left the heater on. They were "sold out" so they didn't put us in another room. The manager was on "vacation". I spoke with someone else in the elevator that had the same experience as us. Another couple I spoke to found their toilet in the shower when they checked in. Their breakfast area is under construction. No hot breakfast as advertised. Had to go to Waffle House. Be sure to call this location before booking and ask if they have hot breakfast and if the A/C is working in all of their rooms. Book at your our risk.

  I called to confirm they didn’t need credit card, she said we could pay with debit. SHE LITERALLY didn’t mention the $100 deposit they needed for the room when I called so me and my husband get there and had to leave to deposit cash because she didn’t communicate this. I called for a reason.
