- DPDiane POct 12, 20265.0This Holiday Inn had the nicest staff of any we’ve stayed in. They were friendly and eager to serve. We stayed as the leftovers of hurricane came over Columbus Mississippi and our door lock got messed up. Twice they tried new cards and twice let us in. The maintenance men went up the 2nd time and fixed the door after letting us in. We asked for extra towels and they were very nice not fussing cause they had to find them. The kitchen staff was also pleasant.

After talking to the manager while checking out we found out that it had flooding and they never told anyone about it at check in. They definitely shouldn't be open until all mitigation is done. It definitely didn't have the cleanliness promise they always talk about. I won't be staying at any holiday Inn anymore.
