- AAAshleyMay 9, 20261.0My stay was very disappointing, and I truly feel that I deserve a refund. I drove 5 hours to Cleveland, MS to attend my nephew’s graduation. After the graduation, I checked into the hotel expecting to finally rest, but unfortunately my experience was horrible. The room I was given was not clean or properly maintained. The comforter had visible stains all over it, the bathtub had a dirty ring around it as if it had not been cleaned, and the shower did not work. There was also no trash can in the room. To make matters worse, the microwave would not heat the food, and when I attempted to call the front desk, I discovered the phone in the room did not work either. I explained to the staff that I was exhausted from the long drive and graduation, and I did not want to move all of my belongings and children to another room. The staff was very kind and understanding and allowed me to use another room just to shower, which was the only positive part of my stay. Overall, I was extremely dissatisfied and would never stay here again. I would greatly appreciate a refund for this unacceptable experience.

- JPJulie PippenFeb 28, 20261.0Dead cricket when we arrived in room, room smelled like weed and very musty. Shower did not drain properly, tub was half filled by the time we got out. Fridge was disgusting. AC was set and could not be lower than 71 so we were hot while sleeping. Huge hole at the baseboard that looked like rotting wood and mold. Woke up to roach in bathtub. Curtains had mud on them. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was good. Overall, the room was not worth what we paid for.

The staff was kind and helpful. The only issue we encountered was getting stuck on the elevator. I didn't panic. The doors finally opened and we took the stairs to our room floor. The continental breakfast was good, too. Love the egg whites.
