  My husband and several others stayed here for a night. The room was moldy, musty and the door wouldn't close properly. The room was not well kept at all. The guy at the front desk was not friendly. Don't recommend staying here.

  I got bed bugs at this hotel and the situation was not treated with urgency at all. During the same stay a few of my items that I am sure i've brought with me on my trip are missing. Just too much going on at this location.

  Family booked here for 24-27th 2026 of September. Upon arrival the rooms had not been cleaned. The beds were not made after check in. On top of that, there was a full size mattress covering a window that was broken. We had to cancel and , could not get a refund . I will NOT recommend this place . Needs a lot of improvement. This is RIDICULOUS especially. Lost money we shouldn’t have.

  My first day there in room 333, was mold around the bathtub andpaint peeling over the tub. Then they they moved me to another room 109 where the carpet was damp and the room smelled like mold the whole other 2 nights we were there. We reported it to the front desk and left Sunday morning EARLY, but I got soooo sick from inhaling that stuff I was sick for 2 days afterward. We were there from September 3rd to the 7th. We reported both incidents to the front desk. But haven't heard from anyone yet. The staff were VERY friendly y'all, it was just the bad experience with the rooms.

  The Worcester location is not a safe place to stay. The staff do not seem to care about guest safety, and management has shown serious negligence. I was asleep in my room when someone unlocked my door and entered without my permission. The person who entered was a former guest who had previously stayed there and was allegedly looking for a pair of shoes. What is most concerning is that the manager, Freeta, gave this individual a key to my room because she assumed it was vacant instead of verifying that the room was actually empty. This reckless mistake put my safety and privacy at risk. No guest should ever have to worry about strangers being given access to their room due to management's failure to follow basic security procedures. When I requested that someone from corporate be contacted and that an incident report be filed, Freeta refused. I also asked for the corporate phone number, and she told me that corporate would not do anything because the location is a franchise. This response was unprofessional, dismissive, and completely unacceptable. The problems at the Worcester location start with management. The manager's lack of judgment, accountability, and concern for guest safety creates an unsafe environment for everyone staying there. I strongly urge anyone considering this property to
