- ARAlberto Rodriguez3 days ago1.0The Worcester location is not a safe place to stay. The staff do not seem to care about guest safety, and management has shown serious negligence. I was asleep in my room when someone unlocked my door and entered without my permission. The person who entered was a former guest who had previously stayed there and was allegedly looking for a pair of shoes. What is most concerning is that the manager, Freeta, gave this individual a key to my room because she assumed it was vacant instead of verifying that the room was actually empty. This reckless mistake put my safety and privacy at risk. No guest should ever have to worry about strangers being given access to their room due to management's failure to follow basic security procedures. When I requested that someone from corporate be contacted and that an incident report be filed, Freeta refused. I also asked for the corporate phone number, and she told me that corporate would not do anything because the location is a franchise. This response was unprofessional, dismissive, and completely unacceptable. The problems at the Worcester location start with management. The manager's lack of judgment, accountability, and concern for guest safety creates an unsafe environment for everyone staying there. I strongly urge anyone considering this property to

All the smoke detectors have been ripped off and they don’t bother fixing ANYTHING. Unless you want to breathe in black mold your entire stay, STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!

- JBJohn BournJul 5, 20263.0Revising this...Great location, just 15 minutes north of Jackson. 1st room we had the shades would not shut. This appeared to be broken for a bit because it was coming apart. 2nd room smelt musky. You had to flush the toilet by pulling the chain inside the back of the toilet tank. The following morning, the carpet was pretty wet from the airconditioner. So sad...this stuff just doesn't happen if you have a crew that took pride in their profession.
