    Absolutely love our stay. I booked a room for my honeymoon (using points). I emailed the hotel manager in advance to see if they could decorate the room to surprise my wife. And they Absolutely delivered. The staff is amazing and sweet. Very hospitable. The room was decorated with flower pedals and we had a welcoming gift and they upgraded our room to suite. We will Absolutely be back. The location is great. The room has a beautiful beach view. We couldn't be more pleased with our stay.

    Let me start with the location was great the view from our room was beautiful. We had to ask to be moved at check in because the view of the ocean was obstructed by a cement beam. The toilet kept backing up and maintenance never fixed it. They gave us a plunger. Calls to front desk went unanswered. The breakfast was not the best. If you are looking for location and plan to be on the beach great hotel.

    First customer service is amazing!! Had great interaction with all the staff for our visit. They are remodeling and updating the hotel and our room looked great. The lady working at the breakfast was so nice helping everyone. Pool looked great never had a chance to get in but was very clean. Now the amazing part of this review has your child/grandchild ever left anything on a trip? Well mine did we called the hotel and they looked everywhere for it we called the night we had left the night shift even went tonthe room and looked when we checked back in the morning so they could ask housekeeping Unfortunately no luck. But later that day I got a call Wolfie had been found in the laundry. They boxed him up and returned him to my Granddaughter he arrived today and I will be bringing him home today to her she is going to be so excited

    Stuck in the elevator then the worker said we went over the weight limit (2500lbs) we together weighed 1000lbs. I would give them zero stars but I can't.
