  Very nice hotel set in a beautiful smaller community. Convenient parking on the street or in the attached public parking garage. Cute park a block away. It's set in a city center type development so there are a lot of stores and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel could use some updating as the wallpaper is coming lose in some areas. Overall the hotel is quiet, clean and the staff, especially Lynn the overnight front desk worker, we're very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Breakfast is nothing amazing but there are waffle makers and a few other quick grab and go options.

  Room was clean, bed is comfortable, hallways quiet at night. ZERO reserved parking for guests at this hotel! I was told "Just park anywhere, it's all Public Parking"! So three blocks later, I finally found an open spot. Not good. Park the car and walk to the hotel. Next day, leave the hotel, walk 3 blocks, get the car, drive closer, park the car, go to the room to retrieve my belongings and go back to the car. Breakfast was waffles or dry cereal. Your choice. We went to a local restaurant and paid $50 for what should be included in the $203+ we paid for this hotel room. Lots more lacking, but you get the picture. I do not recommend this hotel.

  The hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. There are numerous restaurants nearby as well as a full size supermarket. All are within walking distance from the hotel. For coffee lovers there’s a Starbucks within walking distance. The staff does a tremendous job of providing tasty hot coffee available in the lobby along with real cream and French vanilla and various types of sweetener. There’s also coffee available, plus a wide assortment of other drinks, breakfast items and snacks when the room opens for the continental breakfast. At the time of our stay, there were waffle makers if you cared to make your own. There’s also hard boiled eggs, cereal, toast, granola bars, salty snacks, juice…there’s something for just about everyone. Might want to note there is no pool or on site restaurant or cafe. The exercise room is nice and reasonable staged with general exercise gear. It’s unfortunate the owners or management team do not seem to care that the hotel is very dated and in desperate need of updates and cleaning. The room was spacious. Regarding the cleanliness and updates, the wallpaper was peeling away from the wall in the shower. There were dents and scrapes all over the bathroom vanity. A pink mold was found in various places around the tub/shower area. It needs a thorough mold/mildew cleaning. The rooms cost around $175 per night, at this rate it should at least be clean.
