  We were very pleased with our stay. The rooms were immaculate. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Pam the hospitality hostess went out of her way to be friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. It was close to several things we wanted to do. We will want to come back!

  Our experience at this hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was comfortable, clean and convenient. We were very impressed by the friendliness of each and every staff member. We were especially impressed by Pam that worked in the breakfast area each morning. She worked very hard to make sure each guest had a nice start to their day. Her interactions with the guests made you feel as though you had known her and been friends for years. We recommend this hotel highly to anyone traveling in the area.

  This little town between Springfield and Jonesboro just hit the spot for rest. Just off of Porter Wagner Blvd across from Walmart. Was late check in, clerk was friendly and helpful. Had my key in no time. My room was clean, fully stocked, air conditioning was cold, bed was cozy and comfortable. Full size pillows....no gnomes here 😍. Breakfast was great, gluten free options, protein options, vegetarian omelettes. But for those carnivores there's an entire pan of fresh bacon. Was impressed good was fresh, kitchen staff was helpful too. Bean to cup coffee maker, so no stale coffee here folks. Can't say enough about how clean, fresh, welcoming this hotel was. True hospitality. Dolly would stay here. Loved my stay and next time I'm passing thru on 63 will stop again. Highly recommend.

  Note in advance, I’m a city gal and West Plains is a small town. So with that, this location had everything a small town could offer at your fingertips. Food shopping & gas easily walkable. (There’s also a REALLY special grill spot called Hibby’s about half a mile up the road. Go check them out!) The hotel was clean clean. EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER I interacted with had THEE best attitude. I can only imagine whoever is running this hotel keeps their employees happy and makes them feel valued. (Ex, I dropped my bfast just outside the hotel. B’fast was closed, but the bfast ladies offered to make me a plate ❤️) The only suggestion I offered to them was to put up some dog stations since it is pet friendly so owners have easy access to clean up behind their dogs. But they do have bags at the front desk; just makes it less accessible for those that may not be as dedicated to self pick up.

  I have stayed at this location several times and they never disappoint! Everyone is so friendly & helpful! Swam on this last trip and the pool area was top notch… only place I’ll stay while visiting family in West Plains!
