    What do you mean there's no coffee maker in the room ?!?!? That alone made me want to leave a Zero-star rating. We drink coffee when we are getting ready/dressed and shouldn't have to go to the lobby for coffee. OK, other than that is was acceptable. A little pricey but we needed to get off the road to sleep. Clean comfortable beds. Hotel in general is pretty average.

    The hotel itself was average, and the front desk staff were kind. Unfortunately, my experience after checkout completely overshadowed my stay. About an hour after leaving, I realized I had accidentally left a brand-new dress hanging in the closet. I called immediately and was told someone would check the room and email me a form so the dress could be returned. I was so relieved, but I never received the email. When I called again the next morning, I was told the dress would have been turned in by housekeeping after the room was cleaned, but nothing had been reported. I understand that leaving it behind was completely my fault, but I contacted the hotel so soon after checkout that I’m extremely disappointed it was never recovered. A brand-new dress should not simply disappear from a hotel closet. This experience has left me unable to trust the housekeeping staff. If I stayed here again, I would not feel comfortable having housekeeping enter and clean my room while my personal belongings were inside. Sadly, this ruined what otherwise would have been an average stay.

    I got the Shrek room 113. Green wall and it smelled like a swamp. Room was very clean, but the bathroom and AC reeked of mold & mildew. The room was peculiarly hot & humid in spite of the AC putting out cold air. This room has the wheelchair accessible bathroom & shower. The shower basin was cracked and crudely repaired with fiberglass. Between the smell and the crack, I couldn't bring myself to use the shower. I ran the bathroom exhaust fan all night go help alleviate the bog smell. My sinuses were stuffed up the entire time I was in this room. Couldn't sleep. Just snored myself awake every 5 minutes. Anyway.... nice staff. The room was clean. The hotel was full but quiet. Our other room was fine. They really need to replace the shower basin in 113. It's probably a moldy mess under there.
