Note: Checked in and asked to see what elite upgrades are available like they said I should when I called after making the reservation. Attendant, super polite looks me straight in the eye and says they have none. Check later in the the night and premium and suite rooms are available at 10pm. Which atleast one of the two should be qualified for. This deception comes from management I know some hotels tell them to do this. Never usually get it from IHG properties. More of a Marriott thing. This is a problem. Whats the point of elite if they dont honor it to hope for a surprise last minute full paying booking?? Now, Otherwise the hotel is Clean. Polite service you expect from a full service hotel. Close to Busch Stadium and easy to get to Cards games. Rooms are small but bathrooms are good size and make up for it. Would stay again for short stay if price is good. Yes if they acted like a normal IHG. I expected this from a cheap Holiday Inn Express and even they usually aren't like this.

I’m not sure what Hilton has going on but this hotel needs to be shut down. The first room we were assigned, was riddled with mold. We could immediately smell it when we walked in. We went down to the front desk, the attendant was super sweet and assigned us a new room. That room was pretty but the toilet did not flush at all and it was hotter inside the room than it was outside. There is no onsite parking and vallet tells you whatever price they feel like. The ice is on floors 4 and 6, we were on 11. There are no mini fridges or microwaves in the units, the tv didn’t work and there was no way to even let anyone at the front desk know because the phones didn’t work. We frequently visit STL hotels, specifically Hilton hotels, and this has by far been in the bottom 2! Also there is no restaurant. They’ll say the restaurant and bar are closed but they’ll be open for breakfast, but they won’t be. Save your money and book elsewhere!

Delilah and Tiffany at the front desk extremely nice and helpful! They should be the face of every hotel. My stay was already made the moment we stepped in. The room and view are nice. The only thing I could say needs improvement is the cleanliness of the windows in the room.

Kinda disappointed in the stay we had here. Started when we checked in. Had to wait 2 hours after we arrived. Thankfully we had 2 rooms so we could stuff everything in that room. We got breakfast coupons (only 1 for each morning we were there, but there were 2 of us, not really a compensation for waiting 2 hours longer and we missed the promo at the stadium).
Shortly after getting our 2nd room on the 8th floor. One of the elevators broke down. It was a full house so lots of people with 1 working elevator was a long wait and even longer walk up.
Room was nice enough. But problems came up throughout the 2 night stay. First, clock broke. Hair dryer didn't work. And the sink started to leak but we noticed it on our last night there and it wasn't severe enough and late for us to head back down to notify the front desk.
The staff were super friendly though. Everyone was courteous and apologetic for the inconveniences. Though I would have preferred meals for everyone in my party for both mornings. Not like it would have cost them any more since it was buffet style. Not sure I'd stay again. Might try the other IHG hotel closer to Busch Stadium.
