This is probably the worst Hotel Indigo I have ever stayed at. It was very grubby. Seriosuly needed a good deep clean in bedrooms. Towels here rough. Sadly I did not notice the dirt of the bed until the next day. Pictures attached. Bathroom supplies not usual Indigo standard. I believe this is bad management problem. I would expect this place to more like motel 6.

Great location in St Louis for all the sights, restaurants and bars. Rooms were clean and fresh. The only downside was the service at breakfast, the lady must've had a bad start to the day as she was so grumpy to us.

I had a very disappointing stay at Hotel Indigo. The room temperature could not be increased above 77°F, and the actual temperature felt much colder than that. When I contacted the front desk, the receptionist was rude and simply said there was nothing they could do because “the hotel sets it this way.” That level of customer service is unacceptable. The room itself was also poorly maintained. The shower door was installed crooked, causing water to leak everywhere during every shower. The window blind would not close completely, so light kept coming into the room and made it difficult to rest. I paid good money expecting comfort and basic functionality, but instead I was tired, uncomfortable, and miserable throughout my stay. Between the poor maintenance and dismissive staff attitude, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had.

Having stayed at several Indigo locations around the country, I had high expectations . The location has no parking . You have to use a parking garage a block away and carry your luggage.its $20 for this.the hotel had no TV and No internet .They said it was “ down” .The restaurant was technically closed but had a few fried appetizers available .it was like an episode of bar rescue and I did get sick from eating the few wings I reluctantly ate. The staff was friendly and I think a bit embarrassed of the current conditions. This is a black eye on the Indigo name and the IHG brand.

If you want to avoid a complete headache with your money, stay far away from this place. Nothing but problems from the second I walked in. First they tried to say I wasn’t charged—meanwhile it’s literally showing on my transaction. Then she charges me a random penny like that’s supposed to fix anything, and somehow I still “owe” $200+ for ONE night?? In what world does that make sense after you already took my money? Then they hit me with “we don’t charge at check-in” — yeah, okay, so what exactly was that charge then? Make it make sense. And on top of that, asking me if I’m paying with Cash App like I don’t have a real bank card—my card clearly says Citi. The whole interaction felt disrespectful and honestly gave off racist vibes from both the staff and the manager. I usually avoid IHGs because they’re already hit or miss, but this one completely sealed the deal for me—never again. I wasn’t even there 24 hours and wanted out within the first 30 minutes. Only decent thing was the room. Everything else? Straight trash.
