  Do NOT stay at this hotel. First room smelled of smoke. Changed to second room. Came back after dinner and the second room reeked of sewage. It was so strong that spraying perfume directly under our noses did absolutely nothing. Moved to 3rd room which doesn’t smell. Yet.

  Great experience. Jamilah was so helpful and caring. I would visit this place again and again. They go out of their way to make sure that you are comfortable.

  Had a wonderful stay while in town for a concert with some friends. Clean and well laid out rooms, easy to find, and great parking. The crepe restaurant in the attached food court was delicious the next morning. And Manager Dan went above and beyond to help reunite me with some forgotten items. Great place with wonderful staff, I'll happily stay there again.

  Truly my favorite place to stay! When traveling, I consider location the most important factor in deciding where to stay. Hotel Indigo is nestled in the Central West End which is filled with delicious foods and cute little shops. Its location makes everything such a convenient walk that I park (in the secure underground parking that they offer), unload my stuff, and rarely use my car again before I leave. Not to mention the fantastic offerings at Bel Air Social…the bartenders are fabulous, food is delicious, and you can end your day with amazing gelato. Seriously though, try the gelato. The courtyard is honestly a huge perk when staying here. The space is huge, seating aplenty, and it’s a really nice space to be able to sit and hang out, work, or read. Even on chilly days, the fire pit offers warmth. My kids and I love to eat and laze around out there. If you’re looking to stay somewhere where the employees actually like their jobs, Hotel Indigo is your place. Everyone, and I do mean literally every person I’ve encountered on my visits here, is jovial and offers that curated experience you didn’t know you were missing. My girl Naye at the front desk is always there to genuinely welcome you back and to see how you’re doing. Upper management checks in to see how your stay is and if you need anything in a way that isn’t overbearing. And housekeeping is so speedy with requests. They do a killer job ensuring everything is clean and well-stocked, which is always appreciated. There’s no fake customer service smiles here! The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and that natural light - ugh. It’s the perfect home away from home. The renovations were well-thought out and definitely feel luxurious. As another reviewer mentioned, THAT SHOWERHEAD! My child immediately started looking to buy one too. The beds are comfortable. Even the sofa beds are an upgrade from the kind we grew up with. Lots of storage drawers, the valet/armoire/luggage stand combo is really appreciated (and I miss it at other hotels). It’s a step away from (and above) the standard, sterile hotel furniture. Honestly, the bougie touches are what make me long for Hotel Indigo every time I stay anywhere else. I will sing praises for Hotel Indigo - Central West End all day long. The accommodations are an upgrade from traditional hotel spaces (without the additional costs), the staff is beyond exceptional, and the location is top-notch. I highly, highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.

  I was a bit reluctant to stay here considering the terrible reviews, but we really enjoyed our stay and aren’t quite sure what all the fuss is about. The rooms were nice, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The front desk staff even walked outside with us to point us in the direction of the place we were planning to go for dinner, and the night-shift receptionist, MyLetta, was fantastic and incredibly friendly. On top of that, the hotel bar was great, the burger was very tasty, and the location is excellent.
