  Friendly and professional staff. Room was nice enough, but the cleaners missed the previous guests food and that was kind of gross. The shower was also hard to use, figuring out how to set the temperature after just waking up got me blasted with scalding water. Air Conditioning worked amazingly and the beds were very comfortable.

  Originally left a five-star review. But now I have been double charged for the room. I have called twice and they just hang up on me. I will be doing a charge back and making sure never to stay here again.

  We stayed at this Hotel Indigo for nine nights while my mother's husband was hospitalized nearby — an incredibly stressful time for our family. The staff here made all the difference. General Manager Dan Molina was caring, compassionate, and went out of his way to help us. Christopher at the coffee bar greeted us with kindness every single morning. And the front desk staff — Naye, MyLetta, and Jamilah — were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. This team turned a hard week into a genuinely comforting experience. Highly recommend!

  Love this hotel! The mid-century vibe is charming! The walkability is fantastic - close to coffee, restaurants and more. Best of all, we like the on-site food and patio. Highly recommend!

  Sometimes you don't need a week long vacation... you just need one peaceful night away to hit the reset button. That's exactly what my wife and I found at Hotel Indigo St. Louis Central West End!!! From the moment we checked in until we checked out, everything was outstanding. The hotel was clean, modern, and had a very relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unplug. We stayed in a King Room with a balcony overlooking the courtyard, and it was exactly what we needed for a spontaneous getaway. Sitting out on the balcony, enjoying the quiet courtyard, was the perfect way to end the evening. Parking was also a breeze. The hotel has covered parking in the basement, and for an additional $15, it was well worth it. Safe, convenient, and no hassle at all. Now let me talk about that shower... OMG!! 😳🚿 I'm not exaggerating when I say I'm headed to Lowe's today to see if I can find that exact shower setup for my own bathroom. It was hands down one of the most relaxing showers I've ever experienced. After a busy week, it melted the stress away. It was honestly the perfect stress reliever for both my wife and me, and one of the unexpected highlights of our stay. One of the things that really stood out was the customer service. During checkout, I had a great conversation with Assistant General Manager Deron Jones and Corey Walker. Both were genuinely down to earth, friendly, and actually sealed the stay.... walked away feeling ike more than just another guest!!! You can tell they take pride in making people feel welcome, and that kind of hospitality leaves a lasting impression. The location is another huge plus. You're just minutes away from plenty of great restaurants and attractions, yet the hotel itself is peaceful and quiet. If you're looking for a one-night escape, a weekend getaway, or just a place to recharge without going far, Hotel Indigo St. Louis – Central West End is an excellent choice!!! My wife and I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and already talking about our next visit. Thank you, Deron, Corey, and the entire staff, (coffee shop) for making our spontaneous getaway exactly what we needed... We'll definitely be back! 👏🏾🏨❤️
