  The hotel was fine. The charge point chargers at the hotel are a scam. $1 per kilowatt hour is highway robbery. That's like saying you have a gas station but then charge $20 a gallon. Definitely feels like a bait and switch just so they can list their hotel as having EV chargers without anyone actually using them or extorting money from them.

  Average rooms, broken elevator, terrible breakfast, and rude front desk. Please do not waste your time or money on breakfast. We found expired milk at the breakfast bar.

  Avoid unless you don’t mind unreasonable uncertainty when traveling. I booked a two queen suite with a pull out sofa for our party of six more than a month in advance of my stay. When I arrived to check in, I was told they did not have any of that type of rook available. When I asked what they could do, I was hoping they would realize their mistake and perhaps give us a second room to accommodate our party. They did not. I was offered free breakfast which is not commensurate with what we needed. After speaking to the evening staff I was assured the manager would call me the next morning. I did not receive a call, and called and left a message with no call back. We had to make alternative arrangements last minute with some of our party, but this was way out of line. I would have exptected at least to be refunded the difference in the room rate as well, but no such luck. No apology, no rectification, and no follow up. Stay here if you want to have to scramble last minute and be charged for a room you never get. I guess this is why credit cards have dispute options.

  We stayed here because my husband was having surgery the next day at a local out patient clinic. First thing I noticed was it’s in an odd location. It’s sort of behind a Kohls department store and some other business. It’s a good size hotel and it was clean, staff was friendly enough. After working all day and then traveling 2 hours, I was ready to wash my face and settle in. There was no hot water from the sink. I waited and waited and it never got above a very mild lukewarm. The noise from the highway is LOUD! Very very noisy. Maybe because we live in a very rural area and I’m just not used to traffic, but it was loud. Next morning, I turn the shower on, and I actually timed it this time, I waited, 3 minutes and 56 seconds to get warm water. Not hot water but warm enough I could shower comfortably. We didn’t eat any breakfast so I can’t comment on that. The hotel room was clean but we won’t stay here again simply based on the noise level and the hot water situation.

  I recently stayed here and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the housekeeping staff were very kind and helpful, which I really appreciated. However, the rest of the stay was disappointing. Some of the front desk staff came across as a bit rude and not very accommodating, especially when I requested a late checkout. As a Platinum member, I expected the usual 2 PM checkout, but it wasn’t granted. There were also several maintenance issues. The coffee maker in our room didn’t work, and in another room we booked, the fridge wasn’t working either. Since we booked three rooms, I was also hoping they would be closer together, but they were spread far apart—almost like one in each corner—which made it inconvenient for our group. The biggest issue for me was the bed. I stayed in a king suite, but the mattress felt quite dated and sunken, making it hard to sleep comfortably and causing back discomfort in the morning. Overall, while housekeeping was great, the service consistency, room conditions, and comfort level need improvement.
