  Had a wonderful experience at the Holiday Inn! The front desk team, especially Danny and Cynthia, were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. They made check-in and everything else feel smooth and comfortable. A special shoutout to Jessica at the bar as wells she was friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better with great service and a welcoming attitude. It’s always the people who make a hotel feel like home, and this team definitely delivered. Great job to danesh, Cynthia, and Jessica! I would absolutely recommend staying here.

  Not a great experience. The room was full of mold. The bathroom smelled like body odor. I raised these complaints to the front desk, and they heavily discounted my room rate, which I felt was fair. I was disappointed, though. I expect better from a Holiday Inn. There wasn’t even coffee available when I left. All food and drinks had to be purchased in a restaurant connected to the hotel. I plan to stick with Hilton going forward.

  Stayed here for their Park/Sleep/Fly rate. Hotel is close but not at the airport. Upon arriving the front desk told me the shuttle driver was sick and they would refund us for an uber. I asked for them to refund the parking off our stay and they would not. Customer service tried to help but could not contact management. We ended up driving to the airport and had a much better experience there. The room itself was dated and worn. The air conditioner was raining on us the whole time from the room above us. Tv didn’t work and the smoke detector had been ripped from the wall so I guess we were dying. Would not recommend staying here unless the airport hotels are full.

  We are a company that has guys working overnights and traveling constantly so we stay in a lot of hotels in different states. THIS hotel has been the WORST to deal with in all of my experience. Their Customer Service, more so the Reservation services, is extremely unprofessional. When calling to simply just update the hotel on a reservation change, the person I was speaking with was misunderstanding me. When trying to correct them nicely, they were rude, and unprofessional (lol) Literally, all I was trying to do was be nice and give a heads up, call the hotel to let them know the 3rd Party Resrvation CHANGED.. NOT THAT I NEED THEM TO CHANGE IT and hopefully it updated on their end. I will not let my company spend any of their hard earned money here again :)

  The staff were extremely friendly, the bed in the bedroom was super comfortable, and the location was perfect for us. That being said, the room (King Suite) smelled kinda bad almost like it hadn’t been touched up properly, the shower had standing water that wouldn’t drain properly, the inside of the shower door looked to have rust on the bottom, the shower bottom felt like it was about to buckle and made very loud cracking sounds, the bathroom itself was so small compared to the suite, no wiggle room. The pull out bed had candy wrappers underneath it and dust bunnies everywhere. My daughter and her friend had to use extra blankets to sleep on just so they didn’t feel the springs. The carpet in the living area was stained next to the window and the wall paint was not even (meaning it looked like a fresh coat was just slapped on certain areas) in the bedroom.
