  Rooms are dated. Location for airport is good. Desk staff generally helpful. Shuttle is dirty and poorly managed. This is an airport hotel but beware the shuttle doesn’t run from noon to 4:00 (they say 3:00). We waited 2 hours and were given constant misinformation from the desk staff . If flying, I suggest a different hotel or use an uber. We were regulars at this hotel and won’t be back.

  Rooms are old but slowly being renovated. Shuttle service is awful. We waited 2 hours at the airport with countless promises. Far better airport hotels to choose from than this one.

  I am actually shocked this place has such a high overall rating. I first have to state that the staff there were wonderful and this rating is fully due to the gross state of the hotel itself. The bartender and late night cook were a friendly and the highlight of the stay! But the rooms mirror that of a motel 6. Half the lights in my room were out, the outlets were hanging out of the wall and there were stains on nearly every surface. If this wasn’t a quick turnaround trip I would have immediately checked out. The building exterior was riddled with weeds and trash and overall gave the impression that it wasn’t well maintained.

  Restaurant food was good but slow service, maid service was good, room had a lumpy mattress and room smelled of smoke.

  The staff at this hotel is beyond stupid. When we checked in, the woman at the front desk did not know what she was doing, and called her supervisor over. The supervisor then proceeded to have a personal conversation with other employees while this woman struggled to check us in. We were using two cards, one for the room and one for the hold. She tried charging the first card for all of it and it and it declined, obviously, so she did SOMETHING and charged that card for the room, and mine for the hold... however, at 3am, my card was ALSO charged for the room. They said they fixed this when i complained at the front desk that morning, but it has now been 12 business days and i still haven't gotten my money back. I have called them multiple times and each time they are the least helpful people on the planet. I fully intend to contact the BBB about this.
