  I live at the Holiday Inn express… At least it feels like that since I work all the time on the road. So it’s always nice to run into people like.Avi and Sai Who care about the people who stay with them. The St. Louis airport Holiday Inn express is a good example of why I choose this hotel chain week after week.

  All of the staff were super helpful and enthusiastic! My room was really clean and I felt very comfortable. There were lots of breakfast options and amenities. I got the shuttle to the airport in the morning. I was all alone on the shuttle and they will schedule any time for you. The whole trip was quick and made it super easy for me to get to my flights.

  So we checked in around midnight on August 14, 2026. Sai Acknowledged me as the guest of the day! I was so excited for that and received an upgraded room. The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The next morning, the coffee and breakfast are five stars. Elizabeth made a special trip into the kitchen to make egg white omelettes for my husband and myself. At the front desk was so gracious, kind and welcoming. Raymond, the driver is taking us to the rental car company without any issue. Our entire experience at the Holiday Inn express in St. Louis near the airport has been fantastic. When I find myself in St. Louis again, I’ll certainly be coming back

  Had a wonderful stay from my check in experience with Sai to my checkout experience with Kay. Those two ladies have infectious smiles and great attitudes. The room was very clean also. I will be back!! Breakfast is the best ever! Elizabeth did phenomenal. Best Holiday inn Express I been to in a long time. You can tell this place is ran well. P.S. The Pillows are so comfy! I need my own lol

  Overall a great stay. Location is not bad and easily accessible to some nice spots of St Louis. Lewis checked me in and was very welcoming and nice. Upon checking out Kay helped me out and she was also very sweet. The rooms were nice and clean in the hotel and the breakfast was pretty good for a “hotel” breakfast. Elizabeth did an exceptional job with the food. Overall a great stay.
