  Stayed here while visiting some friends in the area. The breakfast was great, and I loved the shuttle to the airport; it saved so much hassle.

  *** WARNING *** We booked for two nights and received a room facing to the airport. It was VERY noisy – We could hear the airplanes, cars and motor cycles, but we couldn't sleep well at all. We complain about the noise (which seems to be no surprise to the team). They couldn't do anything that night. They moved us to back room in the second night, which was fine. BUT, we booked a suit room and for the second night they gave us standard room, and they refused to refund us for the difference in cost. Very poor customer treatment to my opinion. First night – we received no value because of the noise; second night – we received standard room instead of a suit (with no refund) Just a **notification** if you think to book a room in this hotel.

  We arrived 5/16/26 to stay for a Sunday trip to the zoo along with a couple other families. We booked through the companies website and booked a 2 queen standard room. Or plan was to check in, swim, and go to the zoo the next day. Upon arrival we were given a single king room, forcing me and our wife to sleep on the floor, the employee at the door was nice enough but 0 help. Said something about calling his manager but never got us any help. Sounded a lot like they deal with this all the time. But here’s the real kicker, despite photos of a pool on the website, and our booking info literally listing the pool as an amenity, THERE IS NO POOL. the gentleman at the front desk said they haven’t had a pool for 2 years. said if we wanted to swim we could go to their “sister hotel” a ways away and swim. This ruined the entire weekend for my 5 year old and 1 year old as well as the other families that booked along with us. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone unless you’re just 1 person willing to settle for whatever room they throw you in. And even then I would avoid it off principal alone. Also a pretty sketchy neighborhood literally next door to the building.

  Great option among many options right outside STL airport. Everything clean and modern. Rooms are nice. Hot breakfast was great and well maintained. Shining star was Harry at the front desk. In an era where customer service can be lacking, he went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed. A+
