I had a great stay here and avi sai and Dee did a great job at helping me with anything I need answering all my questions and making me feel welcomed! Love the humor they shared as well! Would stay here again especially because of these three staff members!

I’ve stayed at this location multiple times over the past several years for early flights out of STL and they have never disappointed me. Rooms are always clean and comfortable, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. For my current trip, I’d like to recognize Avi, Dan, Sai, and Dee for their excellent customer service.

The location was perfect for ease of getting to and from the airport, and the shuttle made that even easier. The person i was traveling with was guest of the day, so we received a nice room upgrade. Every employee we encountered was professional and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only reason for the 4 stars is because no gluten-free (for someone with celiac) breakfast options were available. Other Holiday Inn Express & Suites locations offer Udi's gluten free muffins, but this location does not.

What a warm, welcoming place! Every person on staff with whom I interacted was pleasant and immediately responsive to help. Kay went above and beyond to set up a quiet meeting space as well as providing a toothbrush! The breakfasts were delicious and every space here is clean. Stellar service in every way.
