The staff was helpful and the spa is beautiful - it even had a hot tub that overlooks the arch in addition to sauna and hot tub amenities that were in each of the men’s and women’s locker areas. I’ll be back. :) Special shout out to the smiley and helpful bellman.

From the moment we arrived, Henry went above and beyond in every sense. He arranged a refrigerator for breast milk storage without hesitation, ensuring our baby’s needs were met seamlessly. He sourced popcorn for a family movie night that made our kids feel like the hotel was their home. Extra towels appeared before we even had to ask twice. Traveling with three children, including a newborn, is logistically demanding. Henry made it feel effortless. His attentiveness, warmth, and genuine care for our family elevated what could have been a stressful trip into a genuinely memorable stay. The property itself is beautiful, but Henry is the reason we’ll be back. Four Seasons St. Louis is fortunate to have him.
