The staff barely made eye contact, and when I asked about availability, they told me there were no rooms without checking the computer. Later, I checked online and saw rooms were available. I can't say for sure why it happened, but it left me feeling like I didn’t fit their image of a guest. It was disappointing and disheartening, especially for a brand known for service. I hope the hotel takes a closer look at how they welcome walk-in guests.
