- CBCaffeinated Bicycle6 days ago2.0Nice location and the rooms are usually clean, but the service is not always on target. If you make a special request, they will not make an effort to help with said request, even if you call to confirm. The really bad part is that they will still charge you for the room even if you go to another IHG property/hotel who can accommodate the request. This was AFTER i called to confirm that I had the special request...very disappointing. When the owner called after I complained, he said "it happens". Never again will I stay at that IHG property.

She had such a positive attitude and made us feel right at home. Anytime we had a question or needed anything, she was quick to help with a smile. Customer service like hers is hard to find these days. If you’re staying here, I hope you get the chance to meet Stacy!!! she truly made our trip even better. Thank you, Stacy!

Just wanted to say thank you and your staff for making us feel at 🏡 5 stars aren't enough make it 10 stars ✨️
- SJStephanie JonesJul 1, 20265.0Everything was great, pillows were 2 soft and 2 firm, labeled on the cases. Microwave and coffee pot in the room and a mini fridge. Bring a blow dryer since there isn't on in the room. I'm sure you could get one from the front desk. Shower was gorgeous but the water pressure from the spray was not great but doable. They have a breakfast bar in the mornings. As for price, I'm not sure, bosses put me up there.
