  The entire hotel was very clean and smelled sooooo good! Super nice fitness center. I loved the attention to detail and special touches in the room - even the soap/shampoo/conditioner pumps all turned the same way! Breakfast had a large variety of foods - waffles, pancakes, muffins, cinnamon rolls, bagels, croissants, toast, biscuits, gravy, eggs, potatoes, sausage, oatmeal, cold cereal, yogurt, hard boiled eggs… probably a few more items I’m forgetting. The breakfast host was very friendly and kept everything clean and stocked. Very enjoyable stay!

  Front desk representative was extra attentive and Ms. Patty in the kitchen has gone above and beyond the few times I’ve stayed at this location. During my most recent stay, my best friend and her young son were with me. I let Patty know that I chose to stay at this location not just for the pool, but for the breakfast and I had hoped she would be at work so he could meet her because she’s so friendly and kind. When she found out that it was his 6th birthday, she arranged to surprise him with a bag of treats. His eyes lit up and the unexpected treat. When I’m in Springfield to visit or for business, I always look to see this location’s availability because of the coffee, breakfast but especially because I hope that Patty is working! I’ve worked in customer service for over 35 years. Employees like Patty are invaluable!

  The hotel was clean, and the service was fine. My kids loved the pancakes at breakfast, which was a nice plus. However, there were a few things that disappointed me. The mattress had a very uncomfortable pad on it, so I ended up removing it. The hotel also had an odor throughout, and I’m not sure the AC was actually working properly. A storm came through during our stay and knocked out the cable, which obviously wasn’t the hotel’s fault. The biggest issue for me was the price. I paid $220 for the night, and honestly, I don’t feel the hotel was worth that. The area also felt a little sketchy, especially being located between a Days Inn and a Super 8. 😐 I don’t think you’ll necessarily regret staying here, but at $220 a night, I was definitely disappointed and expected more

  Stacy met me at the desk and answered all my questions about the event I was there to see Wrote down the address and time for the event She did it all with a sense of humor and kept a professional air through out. Check out was the same. I'll be back
