  We only had a one night stay, but were happy with our choice. The hotel is well maintained, comfortable, and seemed exceptionally clean. I think the staff here are the real stars, though! Every staff member we encountered, from check-in, to breakfast service, to check-out, was friendly and professional. I made a special request at booking to see if they could do a little something to help surprise my wife as we were there on our anniversary and they exceeded my expectations! They decorated the room and made our stay feel extra special! Their effort felt genuine and was truly appreciated! I definitely recommend staying here if in the area!

  Folks, this is a best western, so it isn’t a five star in the way a JW Marriott is, but the service and staff as well as a more than acceptable room for the price would make you think you’re staying at an upscale hotel. We were accommodated quickly, with a smile and even a free room upgrade in the early morning after getting delayed from our flight a full day. Mind you, this is a young couple with a rowdy toddler. Every single person i encountered at the front desk, and especially with the shuttle service, exceeded expectations (our driver dropped us off at Wendy’s and waited so we could feed our toddler!) . I am unsure of how other best westerns operate (this is my first one) but this location is fabulous. If it was this good for us in dire circumstances, I imagine it is even better for those staying for a more relaxed vacation. For any staff reading this, thank you very much for helping me and my family when everything else was going wrong. We appreciate it greatly and won’t forget it any time soon!

  Went to management with issues of dirty bed sheets an also dog hair that weren’t changed just re made. Also the room next door was smoking excessive marijuana inside all night ( which idc about but my friend just stopped smoking & it made it hard for her to stay.) Management said they couldn’t do anything about it. No room move, no discount, no sorry nothing. So I didn’t book the second night. Management admitted the room had plumbing issues that weren’t looked at the night before and they booked it out still! Which I know both stink but we can definitely tell the difference. Other wise wasn’t a terrible stay honestly. Good safe location and friendly staff working the desk. Just management wanted nothing to do with it which blew my mind because the staff were willing to fix the issue but needed her permission and she denied. If you wanna smoke in a non smoking hotel this is your place to go! Management says they can’t do anything about it.

  Great Stay – Clean, Modern, and Highly Recommended! I had a wonderful stay at this property! It checks every single box you could want in a hotel: clean rooms, excellent amenities, and incredibly friendly service. One of the best features was the lack of carpet in the guest rooms. As someone with allergies, this was a massive plus and made the room feel much cleaner and more breathable. The rooms also include thoughtful little details that give off a luxury vibe, like the cute folds on the towels and toilet paper. For convenience, the rooms come fully equipped with a coffee maker and a refrigerator. The bathrooms are also well-stocked with high-quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Even outside the rooms, the property is immaculate. The hallways look great with spotless, clean carpets. Additionally, the hotel features a nice swimming pool and a handy fitness center. They also offer breakfast with waffles, eggs, breads, juices, and coffee. This hotel truly deserves a great review. I will definitely be back!
