  Stayed here for a night and the room was clean,check in was a breeze and the hotel was easy to find. What really stood out to me was the customer service I received from Debbie at the front desk. From the moment I walked in she gave me her undivided attention and made me feel like a guest checking in at a 5 star hotel. As someone who travels frequently for work I have checked in at over 100 hotels and this was hands down the best experience. Highly recommend this place!

  The rooms are very nice, beds comfortable. The staff is wonderful, always willing to help. The location was great, next door to grocery store, fast food places. This a beautiful property.

  Great staff, very professional.I recommended if you were a contractor especially in that area.Doing a project, no hidden fees.Good rates , clean rooms all the stuff that you could really hope 44 an affordable project , housing and lodging thumbs up

  I was in Springfield for a seminar and has stayed in Best Western Courtview Hotel for 2 nights. The hotel is very comfortable with renovated room. The bed and pillows are amazing. The breakfast was also good. The gym is a bit small but nice too. There is also a supermarket within 10 minutes walk.
