Room# 157 Front desk was very easy to check in and lady was very friendly. Plenty of things to do around here and Bass pro not too far.

I asked about early check in and they confirmed it. Upon arrival I was told I booked 3rd party and no early arrival. I asked about rates and the manager lectured me AGAIN about calling direct for best rates. Turned out we paid DOUBLE on the 800 number that appeared under Best Western! I wasn't feeling well and sat down in the lobby, after about 10 minutes a room came availible! His condescending attitude made it so much worse! But, then the fridge...
