  I checked in at 10:45 pm or so. The room was so damp and musty smelling we immediately went out for aerosol spray. I was in town for the Tour de Corn but could not sleep thru the night with the profound musty smell of the room. I left before 2:45 am and drove back to Swansea. IL. I could not take inhaling the smell of the room any longer and your desk clerk didn't have another available room. I would appreciate a refund at a minimum. I emailed the property manager on Saturday morning and never heard back from anyone. I sent a complaint to the Best Western Customer Service web site. There shouldn't be a musty smell top contend with at any price. Really bummed about not being able to get a decent nights rest for an organized cycling ride.

  The some of the towels they gave us were ragged and need to be replaced. The bathrooms are dated and need to be updated. The beds were very comfortable and rooms were spacious enough, but the carpet smells like they need to be shampooed or better yet, replaced. The service was great and staff was friendly.

  Nice size room, the bed was pretty comfortable, the hotel was clean, the staff was very nice.

  DONT BOOK. I booked at the wrong address. I called customer service ,Because it was non refundable they would not let me get another booking at a different city. They kept the 119 dolars i paid and didnt use their hotel. I ended up booking at another hotel that treated me well. Pay extra at another hotel it is worth it. Don't book with best western. Pay more at another hotel that can refund you.
