  Our family reunion was held here in June. We held the first reunion here 2002. Over the years nothing has changed Tom (the manager) along with his staff are the most helpful and most accommodating people you will ever meet. Always have a smile for you and bending over backwards to make sure you have everything you need. Thanks for always making us feel so welcome. We'll definitely be back and we appreciate all of your help. See you the next time.

  Outstanding Service and Hospitality! Our Gray Family Reunion was recently held at the Best Western, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience. From the moment we began planning until the final guest checked out, everything was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine hospitality. A special thank you goes to Tom, who went above and beyond to ensure our event was a success. His attention to detail, responsiveness, and willingness to accommodate our family's needs made all the difference. No request was too small, and he consistently made us feel like valued guests. The banquet room was set up beautifully, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the entire hotel provided a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our family to gather, reconnect, and create lasting memories. In a world where exceptional customer service can be hard to find, Tom and the Best Western team truly exceeded our expectations. If you're looking for a venue for a family reunion, meeting, banquet, or special event, I highly recommend the Best Western. They helped make our reunion one we will never forget.   During our recent visit to Sedalia, Missouri, for the Truck and Tractor Pull event, we stayed one night at the Best Western. Our initial interaction at the front desk was disappointing due to a rude older lady with grayish hair. However, our experience improved when we met an older gentleman who was very accommodating, promptly arranging a room with a walk-in shower as requested. Unfortunately, the room itself did not meet expectations. Upon arrival, there was a noticeable unpleasant odor. More concerning was the presence of dead cockroaches in the shower when I went to freshen up before dinner. After returning from our outing, we found more cockroaches scattered across the bathroom floor once the lights were turned on. This experience leads me to question how this hotel maintains the standards expected from the Best Western brand.   This is NOT your typical Best Western hotel, it is Motel style where all room doors are outside. The rooms are dated, mt bathtub bottom was 1/2 squishy and 1/2 firm, caulk missing. Very noisy outside of my room which made for difficulty sleeping. I will not be staying here on future visits. Just not up to the standards I am used to with Best Western.

  My husband and a few of his military buddies stayed at this hotel before leaving for a 3 week training. The first room they were in had bed bugs. The second room they were in was stained with what they assume was mascara on the sheets and there was open food on the desk as well as beer cans and pants left in the trash can. While I do applaud the staff for correcting the situation for them, the cleanliness of this hotel is not what we have come to expect from a Best Western. Best Western has always our preferred line of hotels. While this incident will not keep us from staying with BW again, this hotel does need some assistance.
