  Would not recommend 😕 horrible service. Lots of other great hotel choices close. I would not stay here.

  The room was super clean and the breakfast was great. We only stayed 1 night, but we were comfortable and slept well.

  Diamond Select -- Member here----NOT business friendly....They sent Authorization for Credit Card Use filled out and emailed back. Once my employee got there they would not check them in and would not accept Authorization for Credit Card Use.

  What made this stop off the most important and made me write a review was the welcome and throughout our stay by front desk Minela. She went above and beyond . We are from the Uk and this was our 2nd day and second stop off of our route 66 holiday . The hotel was clean and had all the basics we needed . The rooms a bit dated . But was surprised the hotel came with breakfast and a pool . Location didn’t have a lot near by walkable . But had a nice cracker barrel next door to eat. But Minela definitely made the stay enjoyable. Thanks again for your hospitality and all your advise and helping us with locations things to do . You didn’t once made us feel bad for keep asking you for things or your time . And knowing straight away at checking in you knew we were the couple on route 66 .

  DO NOT STAY HERE!!! THERE ARE BED BUGS! First, I’d like to say the customer service at the front desk was great. Beyond that, I cannot recommend staying here. Starting with the smaller issues, my room smelled like smoke despite being a smoke free establishment, and they advertised a heated pool which was not very warm. Then, I went to take a shower after a long day of traveling, and the water was lukewarm at best. It continued to drip from the faucet for the remainder of my stay. After that, the alarm went off in the middle of the night, which actually ended up being a blessing because there was a BED BUG in my bed. They refunded my stay and offered another room, but I was pretty freaked out at that point and did not trust their rooms anymore. Luckily, it was before 2am, and I was able to find other accommodations. I spent most of the rest of the night checking all of my clothes/ bags and showering. Contacted the general manager the next day, and she confirmed my refund but stated it was a “water bug” according to pest control. I don’t know if that was her version of damage control or what, but in my mind that means they aren’t doing anything further to address the issue, which also means they probably won’t fumigate and haven’t fumigated. I sent an email to the manager stressing this was a health hazard, and she never responded. I’ll include the picture and let y’all decide for yourselves if it was a bed bug or not.
