  My husband had to travel to St. Louis for his mother's funeral. He told me how nice the hotel was. Last year I gave him an infinity bracelet with our names on it. He looked all over the hotel, funeral home, restaurant and could not find it. Imagine his surprise when he was driving and got a phone call from the Best Western Saying they found it. We are so thankful for returning it to us. We've been married for 46 years and it was something special. A special thank you 🤗 to Minela for sending back my lost bracelet.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. The rooms are musty and disgusting. If you don’t want the AC on the room gets very humid and stagnant. The beds are rock hard so my entire family woke up with knots in our backs. The coffee machine in our room exploded water… literally… there are stains on the bed sheets. The breakfast is minimal and they don’t have any healthy options. The mini refrigerator in room 221 is not working. The walls are thin so definitely not kid friendly. AND there is MOLD in the A/C vents! There is gum in our rooms ac system!! The location of the hotel is not easily found without gps.

  If I could give a Zero for service I would. Let’s begin with they reported to Travelocity they have a hot tub. They don’t. This came directly from Travelocity they have told them repeatedly they have one. It’s a lie. Night one we get to our room and our tv is out. It was NEVER fixed in 3 days of daily complaining. The breakfast is pretty standard. I waited the check out day for the trolly to load our car to be told they have 1 and it ends up In ppls rooms. Seems like an issue. Never offered a refund. Just was a boring weekend of sitting in a room with no tv and no amenities they literally told Travelocity they have

  I booked for 4 days I left after 2.. the beds were highly uncomfortable (hard) along with the noisy peace of metal they have the beds laying on. The sinks were filling with water every time you used them not to mention one of the beds in my unit smelled like urine. I came here for relaxation instead I woke up with back pain and irritation but honestly the last straw was the room cleaners. There was a knock on the door mid evening I opened in my night clothes (tank top and shorts) the man asked if I needed cleaning I said sure as I turned to walk away the women cleaner said “ohh my God” as if I wasn’t already irritated and uncomfortable. I didn’t respond I let them clean and I packed my stuff and left. This was so unnecessary to say. I would also like to add I was on the lower level and my cellular service was TRASH the whole time I was here. 0/10 recommend you should go find better. 🙄 You deserve it.

  My room smelled bad. I had to ask for a cleaning and towels. My mother is handicapped and she had no place to sit outside. Too many kids. The coffee and breakfast is good and it is conveniently close to the Gateway Arch monument.
