- MMMary MeadorMay 15, 20261.0They didn’t tell people with reservations this place closed, we even got a reminder text. Had no idea it was closed until we showed up to an empty building. Customer service on the phone didn’t even know the place was closed and did not care at all about leaving us stranded! Will never use any best western again!
