  1st time at HIE Perryville location. A lot of noise as far as slamming of outside exit doors-no pnuematics. We were close to one that slammed a lot until about 11:30 last night. Next morning-breakfast. NO sausage gravy, the eggs looked more like spaetzle, not scrambled eggs. The coffee machines, grind and pour coffee and are slow. 2 machines but not quick to "get a cup and get out of the way!" Some of the things I love HIE for were missing. The desk clerk when we arrived was friendly. I asked the cafe clerk about the sausage gravy and her response was "nope, never."

  I don’t leave reviews often but I had to for the amazing staff at this hotel. We had hit a deer and totaled our car and were brought to this hotel for the night. The gentleman working the front desk was so accommodating and went above and beyond to get us situated. As was the lady who helped us the next day. She watched our things as we went to Walmart to grab some snacks and new carseats for our girls. Thank you for making the rough night much better!

  So far so good. Great location. Rooms are clean, hallways are clean. No strange smells. Well lit parking lot.

  This location appears to be non service dog friendly. The stout gentleman at the front counter playing on his phone stated that my certified service animal was not allowed unless I shared with him my medical condition that was the basis for my service animal. I felt uncomfortable telling him the truth. It’s embarrassing, so I made something up and he told me that was not a good enough reason to allow a service animal in the facility. I will stay at the Drury in Jackson. Don’t stop here.
