  For those that use a hoyer lift to get a family member into bed, we had great luck booking an accessible king suite with a pull out bed couch. There was plenty of space between the bedframe and the floor for the legs of the lift to go under it. And then the bathroom was super roomy so that’s where we stored the powerchair at night. Writing this review specifically to help others in a similar situation to us as this was our first time staying in a hotel while having this specific need. Another tip would be to ask to see the room before fully checking in, we booked at one hotel that was not a Holiday Inn and that hotel did not have beds or pull out couches that had enough space under them so we had to scramble to find a Holiday Inn.

  Amazing Service! Had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn! Huge shoutout to Jessica at the front desk, she was incredibly welcoming, and made the check in process quick and painless. She answered all my questions and made me feel safe. I also enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere here. Unfortunately, the pancake machine was down and I wasn’t able to get any cereal either. The cinnamon rolls were delicious though.

  The room was clean, it looked like it was recently remodeled. Pool was clean and well maintained. The location wasn't bad, close to amenities and the community it is located in was great. Breakfast was eh, but it's a hotel breakfast and those are what they are. We would stay here again which says something.

  Clean, but breakfast was SO LAME! There were “out of order” signs on everything good….no pancakes, no cinnamon rolls, no biscuits and gravy, horrible yogurt selection and hard boiled eggs looked like they were cooked and terribly peeled a few days ago. They had 2 cereal options, both of which the kids turned their noses at (Raisin Bran and Corn Flakes…no Fruit Loops.) I come here for the Shrine, and try a new hotel each time, and will NOT BE RETURNING to this one. The front desk associate was grumpy and acted as if we were an interruption to whatever she was doing, and her attitude showed. Based on previous reviews…it appears this hotel owner is cutting corners, and the guests feel it. Most lame breakfast I’ve had at a hotel. OH>>>>and they can’t say they ran out of everything because we went to breakfast as 6 am when they opened it.
