  Our stay at Gozark has been absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and taken care of. Joy, the Director, is truly top-notch—she goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect and that guests have everything they need. And the Dock Master is seriously one in a million! Always helpful, friendly, kind, and willing to do whatever it takes to make things easier and more enjoyable. You can tell they genuinely care about the people staying here. The entire experience has exceeded our expectations. The hospitality and personal attention really set Gozark apart. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will absolutely be back. Highly recommend Gozark—you won’t be disappointed!

  Gozark is by far the best place to stay. It’s clean, updated, has a Great Lake View, and has lots of amenities, but what really makes this place the best is the hospitality. There’s a difference between being of service and being hospitable and if you want to feel valued as well as have the ability to make a genuine connection Gozark is the place to be! Joy, specifically, has made this by far the best stay.

  We enjoyed our stay at GoZark Resort and would highly recommend this place! Easy check in and very well kept and clean. We enjoyed the kayaks and pool. They went above and beyond with having ice in the freezer and water bottles. Joy was extremely accommodating and friendly. They do have activities for young children too! Great location too! Will definitely come back!

  We chose GoZark Resort because of their reasonably priced two-beroom condo style rooms with balconies overlooking the lake. If you’re looking for a party scene with loud music and large pool with a swim up bar, this isn’t the place for you. Not our family’s scene. But if you’re looking for a peaceful, serene, secluded resort on the lake, then stay here. Even with that, it’s still only a third of a mile off of Highway 54. Easy access to get to restaurants and attractions. The rooms are clean and look newly renovated. The kitchens are fully stocked. Even had a bag of ice waiting for us in the freezer. They also have a gorgeous sun deck overlooking the lake surrounding a new pool. The pool could have been 10 feet longer and 10 feet wider and still had room for the sun deck with all the weather resistant lounge chairs. But still a decent size with built in steps and ledges to sit on and relax. But the size of the pool is the only negative we have for resort. The pool, sun deck and Trex deck overlooking the lake look brand new and remarkably clean. The host Joy is wonderful with excellent recommendations for local favorite mom-and-pop breakfast and lunch spots. If we ever come back to the area, we will definitely stay here again. Very family oriented.

  This was a great escape for a few days! The area is quiet and a little off the main path. The room was beautiful, with a cute little kitchen and living area. Our only complaint would be that the shower is on the smaller side. The linens provided were soft and wonderful! There is construction across the street from the resort, but you couldn't hear them. Only some traffic issues, but nothing concerning. Communication from the staff was fantastic. Response time to questions was almost immediate. We would definitely come back again!
