  We come visit family in Nevada 2-3x a year. This is the 3rd time we have stayed here. Everytime something was either out of order or broken. Not to mention we woke up and the table between the beds were COVERED in ants. My husband went and talked to the front desk and she told us it was "our fault." But when he said something to the housekeeper, she offered us ant spray. Also, we were on the 3rd floor so the ants didnt just crawl up in one night. Food is alway good, nice selection. Reta is the best. I see her each time and she is very accommodating and super friend. Every hotel there is trashy, definitely not something a person would expect at a Holiday Inn. They should have atleast let guest know. WE WILL NOT RETRURN FOR A FOURTH TIME, SADLY.

  We had a wonderful stay at IHG Nevada. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely appreciated as Gold Elite members and even surprised us with a thoughtful goodie bag. After staying at several other IHG properties where our status was not acknowledged at all, that small gesture really stood out. Our room was large, extremely clean, and very comfortable. The entire hotel was well maintained, and breakfast was great too. This was easily one of the best IHG stays we have had, and we would absolutely stay here again. Five stars!

  I am staying here for a week and this has definitely been a win. The front desk staff is very accommodating and helpful. The rooms are clean and a nice size. I was very impressed with the breakfast area. I have stayed in many hotels and this is by far the nicest breakfast area I have ever seen. Great choices and beautifully displayed. All and all a 5/5 experience.

  Update 4 months later my credit card is still on hold from being charged 3 times for the room. I have got back 2 of the charges but they are still on hold since the credit card company gave me the money while i file a dispute. The card company told me there is nothing they can do they are getting no help or response from the holiday inn. They said in one more month it will be finalized since the hotel will run out of time without a response. They did not even refund me the original charge for the room for putting my card on hold for 4 months for charging me 3 times for the same room. I will keep posting so you all can know what kind of bad business this hotel does. I expected this in China or the Philippines or any other country i done business. Nope this is the only hotel I stayed at in the world that will punish you up to 4 months later so far. I will make sure to keep you all updated until it is resolved. Instead of refunding my money or caring about taking 3 charges out of my 4 kids mouths for 4 months, the manager offered me a free stay if I am ever in town. Like I am going to drive 12 hours away from home for no reason ever again to get a free stay lmao. We have let customer service go to shit in this country and instead of working together we keep giving them businesses our money every night. They offer us bogus free stays we can't ever use and that makes it OK. Like losing 600 bucks for 4 months is worth a free stay. Let me guess, if I ever used it, they would charge me 20 dollars for incidentals again. But, surprise, the front desk person don't charge 20 like they said last time and runs my card twice for full price of the room instead of 20. Than I would be in the situation again just to get a few room. I hope the hotel goes out of business and everyone sees this. All it takes is for one of you single parents to be put in this position like me and lose 600 dollars for 4 months just to sleep here.
