  OVER CHARGED. We stayed at this hotel Oct 13. We booked through Priceline on the way there. When we got there, the clerk said the card didn’t match ours, and she would have to run it again. She somehow charged us two more times for the room. She took one charge off, but said we would have to talk to SIERRA, the manager, to get the other extra charge off. When I called, the lady who answered wouldn’t let me talk to SIERRA, and insisted on being the go between. They refused to take the extra charge off, and said we had to go through Priceline. They said our card was only in the system once, but never checked using the name it was under. They weren’t helpful, or even pleasant. She just kept blaming Priceline We called Holiday Inn corporate office, and after several days of waiting for a response, we reached back out. The resolution center said they had been trying to talk to SIERRA about it, but they won’t return their calls either. It’s pathetic, because it’s totally their fault, not Priceline, them!

  If I could give a 0 I would, the blonde women at the front desk was the most disrespectful women I’ve never met with. She said I booked the night previously, I had just booked 10 minutes prior. She charged me a 50 dollar fee that was unknown before. She kept belittling me. She needs to be fired!!!

  We had ants all over our room on the 3rd floor. Went to ask to be moved the lady at the front let us look at a room to make sure we weren’t changing rooms and having the same problem, well I guess the person or people who clean the 2nd floor don’t believe in changing the sheets because we looked at not one but 2 rooms and under the comforter and the sheets had hair and what looked to be scabs all on the sheets and looked like someone had slept on them. They definitely were not washed. Very disappointed didn’t get any sleep because we had to go back to the ant infested room and pile all of our stuff in the bathroom. Pictures of the ants and picture of the room that should’ve been cleaned.
