  If I could give a 0 I would, the blonde women at the front desk was the most disrespectful women I’ve never met with. She said I booked the night previously, I had just booked 10 minutes prior. She charged me a 50 dollar fee that was unknown before. She kept belittling me. She needs to be fired!!!

  We had ants all over our room on the 3rd floor. Went to ask to be moved the lady at the front let us look at a room to make sure we weren’t changing rooms and having the same problem, well I guess the person or people who clean the 2nd floor don’t believe in changing the sheets because we looked at not one but 2 rooms and under the comforter and the sheets had hair and what looked to be scabs all on the sheets and looked like someone had slept on them. They definitely were not washed. Very disappointed didn’t get any sleep because we had to go back to the ant infested room and pile all of our stuff in the bathroom. Pictures of the ants and picture of the room that should’ve been cleaned.

  We come visit family in Nevada 2-3x a year. This is the 3rd time we have stayed here. Everytime something was either out of order or broken. Not to mention we woke up and the table between the beds were COVERED in ants. My husband went and talked to the front desk and she told us it was "our fault." But when he said something to the housekeeper, she offered us ant spray. Also, we were on the 3rd floor so the ants didnt just crawl up in one night. Food is alway good, nice selection. Reta is the best. I see her each time and she is very accommodating and super friendly. Every hotel there is trashy, definitely not something a person would expect at a Holiday Inn. They should have atleast let guest know. WE WILL NOT RETRURN FOR A FOURTH TIME, SADLY. Corporate should contact me. Honestly a renovation is needed.

  Hotel is infested with ants inside rooms. $40 worth of food was destroyed by ants. Pretty much told me if I sign up to be a member they would give me a free room. Also had to downgrade my room after incident Update . After speaking with the manager I was told I left my food out a they are not responsible. A the ants or coming in Because of rain. Which it hasn’t rained since I’ve been here . Rude an disrespectful do not stay here

  We had a wonderful stay at IHG Nevada. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely appreciated as Gold Elite members and even surprised us with a thoughtful goodie bag. After staying at several other IHG properties where our status was not acknowledged at all, that small gesture really stood out. Our room was large, extremely clean, and very comfortable. The entire hotel was well maintained, and breakfast was great too. This was easily one of the best IHG stays we have had, and we would absolutely stay here again. Five stars!
