    Talk about a neglected building. Pool was closed elevator not working for 3rd week in a row. Chipped paint, the cooling u it was noisy and okd. Weird upgrades done to the room but left in the stained carpet and the tile looked like so.eone had a keg party in it. This is the worse IHG Branded Hotel I have ever stayed at. Next trip I am staying at a hotel outside my IHG rewards program.

    The Holiday Inn was good but, it does need to be upgraded which they are getting ready to do and our room was clean, bed and pillows were comfortable.

    We were very disappointed upon our arrival to this hotel. We have worked for Holiday Inns in the past and expected a nice hotel. We booked this hotel for the evening after visiting NWMSU and hoped to hop in the pool and relax. We got checked in by 2 ladies that didn't really act like they wanted to be there and that gave us little to no information. Got our swimsuits on and headed to the pool to find out that the pool was not just closed, it was under complete renovation. We were never informed it was closed (site, email, and check in never said anything). The look of the hotel was off putting with wallpaper peeling, stained floors, rust in the shower, rust on workout equipment, ect. We decided to go ahead and stay as it was getting later and we didn't feel like having to move and no one else had a pool. We will not be returning to this hotel (will be back in Maryville often after our child starts school there)and have told several people not to go to this hotel. This was a very sad showing for Holiday Inn.

    We were in the area recently for a hunting trip. The room was nice, and everything was clean. BUT the best part of the stay was the staff. Specifically, Andrew at the front desk. He was so attentive and kind. He really made the whole group feel welcomed. Holiday Inn's motto is "Always You," with the goal of "make every moment matter." Andrew exemplified this. If you're in the area, I highly encourage you to book your stay here.
