- BJBecky Juelfs1 day ago3.0Updated and beautiful lobby. Our room on the first floor had a horrible smell. Musty of dusty? When I told the attendant, she seemed familiar with the issue and immediately offered febreze or a new room. She showed us four rooms with other smells, and we found one that wasn’t as bad. Maybe recent construction or renovation or glue? She did bring us a goodie bag of snacks.

All Breads were stale, so stale I couldn't even open the English muffin it was so tough. Oatmeal burning. Pancake machine not working properly. Juice had multiple gnats which makes me assume they are not cleaning it properly. We witnessed a gentleman not get to eat fully because he came down at 8:30ish and they stop breakfast at 9:30 so they were not making anymore fresh food. Then to top it off, staff were not friendly in the morning. Eyes rolling, and seemed too annoyed to want to be hospitable most of all, who I assume was the manager.
