  Beautiful updated hotel. Our room was very clean. Front desk staff was kind and helpful. Will definitely stay again!

  Love the hotel the front desk clerk Angelo was very respectful and professional and very much on top of his job we love the hotel and can’t wait to be back

  Warning - charged unjustified smoking fee! The hotel ended up changing an addition $250 for smoking in my room. This was completely false and unacceptable. I called the hotel when I saw this additional charge on my credit card bill and the manager Darlynn told me should would investigate. I called back after a couple days and was told she was still investigating. Called again and spoke to Darlynn who said she found out there was evidence of smoking in our room. I asked what kind of evidence and she couldn’t tell me what this evidence was. We did not smoke! I was on spring break trip with my 15 and 11 year old kids and no one smokes. I’m still trying to get this unauthorized smoking fee returned. I will never stay here again and advising everyone I know not to stay here!

  The actual staff doing the work is doing the best they can, but the manager is clueless, in over her head, and has to be told how to do her job by staff. We booked three rooms, and were given two uncleaned rooms and one room without a blackout curtain facing a car lot. We had to switch two rooms and make the bed for one of them as the sheets were urine stained. Staff offered a 50 dollar credit but then realized it was booked third party. The manager was made aware and said we would get credits on our best western account, it never came. The entire place is unclean, stained chairs in the lobby, wall paper falling off in plain sight. Lamps and lights filled with dead bugs. There is zero management at this location which has led to a newly renovated place falling apart instantly. The staff did everything they could, the manager did as little as she could.

  Stayed in a King Suite with a Whirlpool. The Whirlpool didn't work. It obviously had a bad pump. Told them at the front desk that night and in the morning. They obviously knew about it and couldn't care less. Offered no discount or a different room. Most of the hot breakfast food ran out more then an hour before the end of breakfast time.
