  I rarely leave reviews. I wanted to express how gracious, accommodating, and kind the staff were at this hotel. It is rare these days that staff even looks up or acknowledges you if you pass by. The staff was PHENOMENAL, from the front desk to housekeeping. Greeted us, met our extra requests, even made sure my kids received a goody bag when we checked out. The hotel was very clean, and the facilities were very nice. The pool had warm water, along with a water slide. Located 2 mile drive from a shopping area with at least 20 of my kids' (and my) preferred restaurants/take out. Would definitely recommend the hotel, top to bottom. Kudos to the staff who really care about the quality experience they provide.

  One of the night shift employees, Leona is an exceptional member of the Best Western staff. She was at service with my booking and very kind to offer any amenities that would make my stay more comfortable. The room was perfect, clean, and surprisingly spacious compared to other hotels I have stayed at. I rate my experience a 10/10!

  The woman at front desk over night is one of the best employees the hotel has as far as the want for customer satisfactionshe’s constantly flipping breakers for me and the guys making sure we have coffee - she was even making breakfast, my company had contracted with this hotel for a while and so far she’s been such a sight for sore eye! Need more of her around I think her name was leana

  Bed Bug bites! Over 50 of them. Called immediately and asked for manager. Not available. Called 3 times and left messages and never got called back.

  We had a great plan to have a couples night but everything was pretty disappointing. Bar was closed. 2nd floor smelled like sewage as soon as you stepped off the elevator. We didn't request an accessible access room, but that was what we got which wasn't ideal for our needs. The light in the entrance to the room is broken and the light in the bathroom above the shower is missing a cover. There were no toiletries, the sheets felt stiff and crunchy, the way the headboard is setup makes the pillows fall behind the bed, and the carpet has a lot of stains. The fridge in the room is teeny tiny and inside of an enclosed cabinet so it seems like it's over heating and didn't get cold, even at the coldest setting. The pool doesn't open until 10am and checkout is at 11am so good luck getting a morning swim in. The breakfast was NASTY. Sausage was cold, bacon was the microwaved kind and tasted off and was stuck together. Gravy was lumpy and cold. They didn't have milk for coffee or cereal. The manager was cold and rigid and when we asked for a later checkout, she only gave us 30 min. I've never had any problems at a hotel with getting an extended checkout. We even offered to pay for it. Nope. Go somewhere else. They are not welcoming here and all the "amenities" you feel like you'll get based on their website likely won't be available.
