  Its a family feel when you book at Premier Best Western in Liberty, Missouri. The front desk started with Teresa. She helped me & was super friendly. Then I met Veronica.. wow Veronica :) she is a ball of energy & really loves her job & making sure everyone is happy. Then the breakfast experience with Tania.. she was the best.. she made sure everyone was happy, she came to talk to everyone and asked what else she can do for us. Loved the service. I will come back again. Thankyou Daniel Pirillo

  Great hotel check in was awesome we were in room 415 which is missing the black out shade so if your a person who likes a dark room check to make sure they installed the black out . I did report it to the front desk when we checked out

  Breakfast was great Tanya was awesome. She was so busy and still had fresh food out. Housekeeping is on point. Thank you

  Lovely stay at this beautiful, modern hotel. The beds are very comfortable. Under the leadership of Teresa at the front desk, I received superb hospitality and one of the best welcomings that I’ve ever received as a guest.

  Just because it looks nice doesn’t mean it is. Terrible experience. They brag to me at check-in about how they’re the nicest cleanest rooms in Liberty. And then I check into my room only to find blood all over the bed, headboard, bathroom, and furniture. But looked like bloody snot on the wall. You could tell nobody had to clean this room. When I was downstairs complaining to the front desk, another guest came down to complain that their room had also not been cleaned upon checking in. When I told them about the blood in my room, the woman Immediately cut me off and tried to move my room? She did not want to hear about the blood or talk about the blood. I don’t believe I even got a sorry. When I asked for a refund and a manager’s card, I was told no.. They canceled my reservation sent me on my way and I have still yet to get a refund or even an email from a manager. I have now showed up in person and called twice, but No one can seem to find the person in charge? This place and their entire staff get a zero star review for scamming people and being just downright disgusting. I have already reported this to customer relations, and hopefully they follow through. Do not stay here!!
