  Room was musty and breakfast was not the best. Also floor in room was not that clean.

  My room smelled like mold. The sheets were put on wet, so when we got there they were still wet. I said someone to the front desk, they never came and fixed the sheets. There was hair in the shower from previous people.

  The room was clean and the beds were decent. Our bed had an issue on my side and made a horrible sound whenever I would move. I would have told someone, but, a human didn't check us in....which I REALLY don't like. From a service and hospitality perspective, it really takes away from the whole experience, which is reflected in the rating. The price point is great, the rooms are clean....but, if I don't know there is someone that I can go to for an emergency with my room (which I have had to do before), it's a no for me.

  Don't get fooled by the great price. Will start with positive. The room was clean. Soft towels, hot water, comfy bed. It stops there. Check in was a pure nightmare! Kios check in while a live person was standing over watching. Kios person could not understand english. I had to repeat my name aloud, my reservation number etc., meanwhile anyone talking by can over hear and get all personal information. Kios person is located where? Swiping my card for payment. Said it didnt go thru. Eventhough, it said on keypad that transaction was successful. I had to swipe again. Now I have paid for 2 nigjts/rooms , when onmy reserved 1 night/1 room. My card was charged twice, just like I said it would be. Now having pure hell getting my refund. Lesson learned on my part, pay more for BASIC customer service. Avoid this place like COVID! Spoke to supposed manager. She was to email me, so I could reply with bank statement to prove i was charged twice.. some how its not in their system. Still waiting after 45 minutes for email. No email to actual hotel to initiate myself.

  A nice comfy easy to access hotel. The beds were soft and wonderful to sleep in. The place is a bit dated but all is kept up and clean. The breakfast is well stocked and tasted great. I especially appreciated the variety. Price is very reasonable so I will mark this hotel on my map to stay at again. They take good care to clean up. I seen the proprietor scooping up some dirt left by a patrons pickup truck. That shows they care.
