  I cannot recommend staying at this hotel based on my experience. Upon arrival, I noticed two individuals panhandling near the entrance, which raised concerns about the property’s surroundings. After checking into my room, I found a strong unpleasant odor, the room was extremely hot, and while inspecting the bed before unpacking, I found what appeared to be two bed bugs and took photos. I immediately reported my concerns to the front desk. Although I was offered another room, I declined because I was concerned about the overall cleanliness of the property, not just one room. I left without staying the night and booked another hotel immediately. Despite not using the room beyond a brief inspection, my request for a refund was denied. My experience left me disappointed, and I hope management addresses these cleanliness concerns for future guests.

  Truly a wonderful experience. So much so it seemed more like a hotel than a motel. Very clean, well decorated rooms. The lobby was very modern and chic as well. The employees were very helpful and kind to me with all my requests (trailer parking, extra card keys, etc.). I recommend this location to anyone needing to stop to rest in the middle of a road trip, or for any extended stays! Chris and all the other outstanding employees (especially the woman working in the breakfast department) deserve praise for how much they care for customer satisfaction. 10/10 would stay again!

  Si bien el hotel es cómodo, las habitaciones son antiguas, pero están limpias y cuidadas. Sin embargo lo que más destaco es la atención de todo el personal del hotel. Tanto los 3 recepcionistas como la persona de limpieza, fueron súper amables en todo momento. Estuvieron pendientes para que nuestra estadía en el hotel fuera agradable y cómoda. Muchas gracias a todos ellos

  I'm sharing my experience at this hotel. The reception staff were very friendly. I booked a room with a king bed and everything was very clean in the room. The atmosphere in the hotel is pleasant, the cleaning staff were attentive and friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. My experience was very good, and I recommend it.

  I love the location of this hotel because it’s right in the midst of everything. I also enjoy all the staff that works here. They are very understanding and great people to converse with. The rooms are priced a little high honestly but for the most part they’re nice and big. The housekeepers keep the rooms smelling good and clean clean forreal. I enjoy my stay everytime I go there and would recommend anyone to visit this hotel. Plus ur right in the perfect spot of going to Gladstone, NKC, Independence, or jump on highway and head towards KCI Airport. U can get anywhere pretty fast from this hotel that’s located right by a highway exit. I enjoyed my stay here and that’s why I keep going back.
