  KC is a great 1/2 way meet up with my college friends. We booked a night at the Origin and it was great because we could get our exercise with a beautiful riverfront walk to the City Market/River Market area. We had a great weekend catching up and exploring KC! Will be even better now that the rail car has a stop outside the front door! The staff were friendly and they were great communicating about parking changes due to upcoming World Cup festivities. We would definitely stay again in the future!

  Rooms are nice 👌🏾, there's a espresso maker, a steamer for clothes, shower is nicely sized(enough room for 2🥰) & I had a great view of the waterfront. The service for the rooms was OUTSTANDING! There was a card in the room, saying that services for the room would be every 3 days🤔, but they cleaned my room daily, clean bedding, towels, & even mopped the floors.😁😄🫡 With service like that, hosting the world cup there will be a great experience 👍🏾 👌🏾!!!! The only drawback is that there's no laundry in the building.

  This hotel is pretty nice, I would stay here again. Room was clean. Issues: the rooms are very dim even with every light on. The beds are not awful, but they aren't comfortable either and not supportive. Staff was very annoyed we used expedia to book (this was a work trip). They did not help us with any booking issues or receipts, we were to try and contact expedia...even tho they told us we wouldn't be able to reach anyone. Note: if you see a price on expedia, supposedly you can call and they will match it.

  What started as a great experience has turned into a horrible one. Left some valuable clothing and called and spoke to the front desk attendant. She said she would gladly check and she doubted house cleaning doesn’t check or didn’t check drawers. They left no notes. After 50 minutes someone attempted to call but left now voicemail. I have since attempted calling for an hour and now the lines are busy. Called the customer care line and they attempted to call and the same thing. Couldn’t get through. I’m sure it was the lady that worked that Saturday night. She had a hard time getting away from that bar still in the other room. Clean up a little as crumbs are all over the seating area. Fast forward 12 hours later, the attendant that morning found that the cleaning service lady had put in safe along with a note in the system which the lady I talked to Sunday said there was no note or any belongings in the “lost and found”. I wonder how many people tried calling and couldn’t get thru. Wonder how times this has happened and been allowed. Wonder how much money your company has lost. The care agent offered me 100 dollars credit towards my next stay. Not a chance. No need to comment back as I’m sure this isn’t or will be the last time. Use caution when staying at this place! It’s nasty and I hate to say one person ruined it for myself and family from ever staying with this branch .

  Middle of the road place presenting itself as more luxurious than it really is. Room is surprisingly plain. Everything's new. Bed was someone uncomfortable, a little hard actually. Bathroom is nice enough. For me, there are plenty of hotels in this price point that deliver a lot more including a free breakfast. I come to this town regularly. Many other options that deliver more for the money. I guess if you need to be on the north side of town, this might be a good choice. However, you could stay at one of the casinos and get a much nicer room. The doors to the rooms are very loud and when they close, they basically slammed shut. So you get to enjoy that throughout the night. Also, the whole football theme is a little overdone. I guess that's the target market. But it is a crack up that it's all decorated with football stuff (fonts,etc ) when it's right next to a soccer stadium.
