  The parking was on the street and also had a service to park your vehicle in the underground area (has to make sure we had everything we needed for the night) Room was very nice. Had a disturbance with our neighboring room at 4am and had to call front desk to quiet him, again at 4:30am they talked to him both times. At about 5am got up and headed down the elevator, I was greeted by two officers and manager headed up, at that time they evicted him. We went to checkout at 8am, the staff were very apologetic about the incident and refused to charge us for the room. NICE. Breakfast was also very good. Definitely recommend this hotel and will keep it in mind for the future. From there we went to the WW1 museum. Also highly recommend

  Great price! And a good location! The hotel and rooms are clean. You do have to valet which as of October 2026 is $28 a day. Which is cheaper than most street parking and probably safer. For downgrades from a 5 to a 4 as it is a bit dated for a hotel. Tv have no streaming services only cable. The elevators are a little slow and make weird noises.

  The room was great, and the service was okay overall, although no one changed our towels during the stay. The biggest downside was the location—it’s far too close to Union Station, and we could hear trains roaring by throughout the night. If you’re a light sleeper, I’d definitely keep this in mind before booking.

  Great customer service. My room was upgraded to a suite without even asking and the room was very clean. Nice looking hotel downtown. The only negative is that the parking is not good. Either an expensive valet or an expensive regular parking lot across the street.

  We stayed Saturday night and the room was amazing, and being so close to downtown was amazing. However, we valeted our car for the night and upon checkout on Sunday we were informed that the valet lost our car keys. Multiple interactions with the valet that we originally gave our keys to informed us they labeled the keys wrong, then we were told that they were going to contact the Friday night valet after we had told them multiple times we did not check in Friday. They then tried to blame it on the new valet that was working Saturday night and then asked over and over again if we’re sure we didn’t go anywhere when we opted to walk with the weather being so nice. The front desk as well as the valet not seeming the least bit apologetic about the unprofessionalism. There was also no manager on duty at the time and little effort was made to contact them. After an hour of waiting our keys were magically found somewhere and only then did the original valet offer a half-ass apology as we were leaving. After that interaction I doubt we’ll be back to stay there.
