I checked in quickly and had a very kind person that explained to me how to use the free transportation here in Kansas City. The room is lovely. And the hotel even has a Ritz bar included. I’ll definitely be back.

It had such charm and personality, the rooms were clean, amenities were great and the staff were very kind. The bed was comfortable and rooms were peaceful with characteristic decor. Check in and check out was a breeze. It’s a quick, very affordable and easy spot to catch an Uber to and from. I felt safe walking alone late night back to my room after late dinner with coworkers. I do plan to visit KC again as a leisure trip and absolutely plan to stay here again!

She stopped by the room, offered a very fair resolution, and then to our surprise, also gave us some credits for breakfast just to seal the deal with a positive outcome. Wow, I’m honestly blown away by the way she jumped to action and just made it her mission to make sure our experience was good. You turned a frustration into a truly great experience.
