The Convention Center is a short ten-minute ride into downtown Kansas City. Our hotel delivers a fresh and welcoming experience, designed with the modern traveler in mind. IHG has incorporated the amenities guests value most, while also building with energy-efficient features to reduce environmental impact. We are the only full-service hotel on the northeast side of the I-435 loop, including the Liberty, Missouri area, offering more than 5,700 square feet of flexible meeting and event space. La habitación estaba muy limpia, las sábanas y almohadas también, no había olores extraños. Contaba con horno de microondas y frigobar. La atención del personal es muy buena. No incluye desayuno, sin embargo cuando haces tu reservación puedes agregar el desayuno y la verdad esta bastante completo. Totalmente recomendable 👍
- JWJennifer WiseAug 12, 20264.0To clarify from the start, I did not stay here as a guest, but rather attended a sales event here in one of the meeting rooms. The lobby was clean and the dining area both looked and smelled clean. Front desk staff was immediately welcoming and all signage was clear. Lobby restrooms were immaculate and well stocked on a late Sunday morning. The meeting room had one light that occasionally buzzed, which was only noteworthy because of how long we were in there in relative low noise. Otherwise there were no funky smells and the carpet and everything looked clean. The hallway leading to those rooms from the lobby picks up a LOT of sun in the summer, and even early in the day it immediately felt overly warm and muggy specifically in that hall. HVAC elsewhere in the building seemed to be compensating perfectly fine so possibly down to windows.

I have to drag all three of my children down to the lobby to complete work on my laptop. This hotel is too expensive for mishaps like these especially when FREE WIFI is being advertised! I would have NEVER booked here had it known i would have to leave the comfort of my room and sit in thw lobby to get my work done!!! Although they offered to move rooms again, its clearly a Russian roulette and no guarantee of working wifi. I dont want to KEEP packing up myself and my children's things and moving rooms! There definitely should be some type of compensation due to the huge inconvenience that no one has an urgency to fix/correct.
