  We got bumped to this hotel from the nearby Atwell . Of course they want to charge you 15 dollars for breakfast here , ridiculous. Breakfast was free at the Atwell , really disappointed at this . The hotel staff was maybe overworked, because they weren't very pleasant to deal with . The room itself was supposedly recently remodeled , kind of annoying to have the fire detectors blinking all night long . The door to the bathroom and the main door were squeaky, really annoying . Right before were go into the room they were replacing the smoke detector, it was nice of them to leave the cut wires on the bathroom floor . They only made the beds and emptied the trash once , on our 5 day stay . The housekeeper didnt speak any English, I couldn't even get extra towels from her . There was somebody else's food in the microwave when we went to use it . Overall , one of the worst hotel stays in recent memories . Be better Holiday inn One of the more dispoou

  Good service, friendly staff, clean rooms and comfy beds. Did not like the tvs. They were poor quality which makes no sense considering how cheap decent flat screens are now. Also, you couldn’t connect streaming apps.Hotel is 10min away from the airport and they offer a free shuttle. I had a car but this is a huge plus. Didn’t like the $15 breakfast charge considering the food wasn’t anything crazy. Convenient yes, but if I had time I would get something from a diner. Still, better than the standard free breakfast since the eggs weren’t watered down and the French toast was good. Fitness room was tiny and only had a bike and 2 treadmills.

  El hotel tiene sus cosas.No es un lujo pero cumple. Eso sí. Hay que estar muy atentos a los cargos e impuestos que se suman a la reserva y estaría en la letra chica oculta. En mi caso reserve habitación para 4 con desayuno y algo que se menciona antes del pago es que de la habitación de 4 personas, solo 2 personas adultas pueden desayunar. Algo que un distraído como yo tomo como error pero no lo era,.en mi opinión le resta mucho a calidad de atención y servicio. No creo que le mueva mucho la aguja ofrecer el servicio a todos los huéspedes. Y como todo hotel que se precie de tal en este tipo de cadenas, pedir que te hagan la habitación ( servicio por el que pagas y no es poco) es casi una labor imposible diaria de parte del huésped. La edificación, habitación y baño cumplen . El servicio de atención no acompaña.

  My room was absolutely new. AC working perfectly. If I want a cold room I can finally have it as cold as I WANT. Wifi working well. Bedding extremely comfortable. You can tell everything has been thoughtfully renovated. At least my room was wonderful!
