  Book somewhere else. This hotel is owned by crooks. My husband was traveling for work and booked a room for several nights and when he arrived, they suggested he stay at another hotel location, closer to his destination, and then they marked him as a "no show" and STILL charged us for several nights even though he never stayed at their location. As of today, no refund has been issued. The owner and manager refuse to take our calls or exercise any efforts to make things right. The charge was $1619.24 and this was March 24th, 2026. Will never stay at this or another Holiday Inn again.

  This was the worst Holiday inn I have stayed in. The rooms were very outdated and it was the most expensive Holiday Inn that we stayed in. Other people were complaining about all kinds of stuff as I was trying to check out. I will not stay here again.

  I feel like I need to go get tested for mold exposure for my entire family. We had two rooms for our reservation and both were absolutely disgusting. They smelled horrible. The lobby was gross so I'm not surprised. I should have turned around before I even checked in. The staff at the desk was friendly when we saw them but not really available for anything. Didn't get house keeping any of the days we were there, and we rarely saw them or heard them in the halls. The shower floor had some nasty weird sediment on it when we checked in. The floor of the shower was also very slick. My children both fell in the shower. I would not stay here again. I also noticed that I was way over charged. The same week we stayed rooms were advertised at almost half the price we paid per night.

  Most disgusting and disrespectful staff :- hotel stay is not so good but main discomfort is front desk operator in morning he is very disrespectful and stalking me and my daughter and he came to us when we are using vending machines , and asked are you staying in this hotel, whats ur room number, he didnt look like professional, i was terrified and took my daughter to my room and locked out and immediately checked out from property, and when we are leaving he literally stalked us again , is this acceptable in hotel especially IHG affiliated one

  First room did not have a locking deadbolt which we didn't feel safe staying in. Staff was friendly and switched rooms with no issues. No issues with staff at all during the stay. 2nd room, the deadbolt worked but the door itself didn't latch well on it's own. It could be pushed open when I came back from getting ice even pulling it closed unless I pulled it closed with a lot of force. The walls were not in good condition in the general hotel area with lots of marks and peeling wallpaper by the elevator. The beds were more comfortable than the average hotel bed. Room AC worked well but found a large area of wet carpet on the floor next to it when I got up in the morning and got out of bed. Did not effect the unit working. I was not familiar with the area (I don't live in the KC area) and would say the location is extremely inconvenient. Hard to get in and out of being right on a moderate speed highway. Can't turn in directly from the road going North.
