  Easily the worst Holiday Inn/HIE in the country. When we arrived two older gentleman (managers? owners?) were unloading a Toyota minivan FULL of TVs into the hotel...so no luggage cart. It only went downhill from there. The hotel is filthy..hallways, elevators, and especially the rooms. When we opened the door to the room, I was hit with a cloud of odor; a mix of smoke, urine, and air fresheners. We immediately went to the front desk, asking for a refund. While the attendant tried to get us into another room, we politely declined, and asked for a refund instead. We were told a refund would appear in 3-5 days. Guess what? No refund, and now they refuse to talk/answer the phone. WORST HOLIDAY INN ON EARTH!!!!!

  Had to get a room because a family member was air lifted to the hospital for surgery, turns out we didnt need the rooms. We never even used the rooms. It was a struggle for us to contact any one by phone and when returning to try and get a refund or any of our money back there was no remorse, no care in what the family was dealing with, and would not give us a refund for rooms we never used!!!

  Room service. They did not clean my room. Leave the trash in there and I was already home and me myself. I wouldn't recommend nobody this Holiday inn Express bad experience

  I am fortunate in that the two times I've stayed here, I actually had clean sheets. However, there was no hot water on the third floor. That was my second stay. First stay I had hot water on the first floor. My other really big complaint is the hallways smell atrocious and they're hot and stuffy. During my second stay my room had stink bugs in it . The first time I stayed here it was $126. I came back 2 weeks later and my bill was $237 for one night for two people. I will never ever stay here again. It took them 20 minutes to figure out how to use the computer to check us in. I didn't seem to like the fact that I paid 126 the first time and they tried to tell me it was going to be $287 and I'm like what for and why ? That's when he told me it would be. 237 still didn't make me happy but I was tired of driving all day. If you can afford to stay somewhere else I highly suggest you go. This is just not Holiday inn standard. I don't know how or why they got a franchise name but they don't deserve it.

  If I could give a negative number I would. We had a confirmed room and had paid for 2 nights. When we got there the room had been given to someone else and there were no other rooms available. Front desk refused to give us the name of the manager because he said he had no idea who the manager was. We had to drive almost an hour to find another hotel which was double the price. We are IHG members and have stayed at numerous IHG hotels without a problem until this one. We've never had an issue with a confirmed booking, it was already charged to our credit card. I can understand if it hadn't been paid for but it had. So the hotel got paid twice for 1 room. Absolutely ridiculous. After reading the reviews afterwards, it looks like this is a sub-par IHG hotel. Be sure to read the disgusting reviews.
