  Place was great in every way possible. Shah the front desk went up and behond to make sure me and my family was comfortable I was just blow away how great of service it was this is definitely a hidden Gem I give it 100/100 . Great price great service great customer service. I would and will recommend this stay for family’s with kids or with our kids just amazing stay thank you shah for being so great and going up and beyond for us.

  Extremely shady hotel and would never recommend anyone stay at this location. I cancelled my reservation within the timeframe to receive a full refund but the hotel manager will not process refund. They will not take my call or return my calls. Had to submit a claim to corporate and they still will process my refund. Worst experience ever with this hotel

  We were in KC celebrating our 50th anniversary. This was by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed in (see pictures). We tried to cancel our reservation. They wouldn't let us the first night but they agreed to cancel the second night but it took 2 weeks to get the refund. The place looked like it had been abandoned it was so uncared for. Very unclean. Hadn't been mowed in ages. The door handle going out one of the side doors was just hanging off. The front desk people tried to help us but the manager continued to ignore us and not respond to our requests.

  I expected that this spot would be a bit dated and it is a budget hotel. This was next level. Staff was kind and welcoming. I think this spot is just too old and run down to be open. We booked a two night stay and wanted to be close to the world cup. We got into town at 2am and it was so bad that we checked out by 7am because it was just too filthy and unkept. I was with my 14 year old son and did not feel comfortable staying. Our non-smoking room smelled like cigarets, filth, and glade air freshener. The rug on the floor was sticky/crusty dirty such that we would not touch it without shoes. The Bathroom reminded me of those outdoor gas station bathrooms in the city where you might pee in an emergency but would avoid otherwise. I was paranoid all night that bed bugs were getting in all my stuff. I could hear very clearly the guy next door doing all kinds of things that I would have preferred not to hear. I had the room booked for two nights but left at first light. Just don't do it. I tried to get my money back from Holiday Inn and they would not refund me because I "stayed a whole night". I'm shocked that the Holiday Inn does not check/vet their locations to ensure constancy in their brand. I wont trust them again.

  My stay was unacceptable due to severe cleanliness and service failures. Upon arrival, I found a blood stain on the bed sheet. It took an hour (around midnight) for front desk to deliver replacements, and I was forced to change the fitted sheet myself. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was barely usable, and housekeeping failed to replenish basic amenities like tissues. Given the combination of a major hygiene issue, delayed response, lack of staff assistance, and poor amenities, this stay fell well below expectations and caused significant inconvenience.
