Depending on your needs, this hotel may be better than 2, but for our 2 night stay it continued to disappoint First, the pool isn't heated. Maybe it was when the hot tub was still there, but it's gone and the water is cold. The pool area was filthy and there weren't towels. I had to ask multiple times for some. They were the size of hand towels The breakfast had a very permanent sign saying no cinnamon rolls. Not sure if that's a brand thing, but if you're just not going to have something like that, don't put a sign out for kids to have to read Both mornings there was a vent above the pancake machine dripping like crazy The Costa coffee machine is legit. I'll say that's why 2 stars instead of 1 The rooms are beat up and dated. The water controls in the shower were awful. The room was freezing. There was no way to be comfortable FWIW, I'm Marriott lifetime Platinum and Hilton diamond, so travel regularly. Maybe my expectations were too high
