The lady working the desk had no idea what she was doing, on the phone multiple times with another employee. Then she proceeded to talk about us when we left the room, saying we could go stay somewhere else, all because we asked if she was making any progress on solving the problem she was having. There was no discounts or anything offered.

The room was comfortable, and having breakfast available was a nice convenience. One issue I did have was with the Wi-Fi. It was difficult to get connected and get it working reliably, which was frustrating when I needed internet access. I also had difficulty getting a cord to connect my gaming console to the TV. I would have appreciated it being easier to get the necessary cord or having one readily available for guests. The hotel has some convenient features for travelers, but the Wi-Fi and difficulty getting a console cord were definitely things that could be improved. Overall, it was an adequate stay, but those issues took away from the experience.
