  Check-in and check-out took less than five minutes. The front desk staff were genuinely welcoming . The breakfast layout was fresh, hot, and had plenty of variety to start the day right.Thanks to Anna and Michelle.

  Great location right next to major shopping and dining options, including Target, Marshalls, JCPenney, and Five Guys, with the airport just a short drive away. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was outstanding. The gentleman at the front desk was welcoming and helpful, and the housekeeper did an excellent job. The pool was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for kids to enjoy. Overall, a very pleasant stay, and I would gladly stay here again!

  Stayed at Holiday Inn Express and had a good experience overall. The room was spacious, clean, and the hotel is conveniently located near the airport at a reasonable price. The only downside was that the AC unit was quite noisy, which could be a bit disturbing while sleeping. Other than that, it's a good option for a comfortable and budget-friendly stay.

I especially want to recognize Shayna, who went above and beyond to make my stay as easy and stress-free as possible. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and proactive in helping with anything I needed. Her positive attitude and dedication to guest satisfaction truly stood out and made a lasting impression. She is an asset and should be recognized as such by Holiday Inn Express.

  This is one that I won't stay at again. I booked and paid for my room a full month in advance. The day of arrival the hotel tried to charge me for the room AND the incidental fee multiple times. I called the hotel and spoke with a lady for almost 45 minutes before I decided it would just speak to them when I arrived between 2 and 3pm. The lady that answered the phone was also trying to communicate with her manager through text about my issue. Upon arriving, again, they tried to explain to me that the charge was for incidental, I showed them that no it was for the room AND incidental. She finally got a lady from sales to help her and it was figured out. At dinner time my group had the shuttle take us to Zona and drop us off. We called after we were done eating for a return ride. We waited 45 minutes before calling an Uber to get us back to the hotel. While checking out the next morning the MANAGER checked me out and I explained to her my car would be parked there. She wanted to VERIFY that the fee has been charged then told me I was not charged for the parking fee and again she tried to charge me for that until I provided the receipt. She said the other clerk had processed it in the wrong program. Just all around being hateful. When we arrived back in Thursday from our trip and called for the shuttle the person that answered the phone was AGAIN hateful. When we got in the shuttle the driver had the windows up and no air running, we were all sweating. We asked him to turn the air on and he ignored all request. We will go back to staying at the hotel on ambassador for the future stays
