  My stay with this hotel was great for the short time I was there (9/1-9/2). I arrived late at night and the desk attendant was polite and quick with check in. The hotel room was clean and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The room was quite spacious with a separate desk/work area tucked away from the bed/main room. The breakfast selection is great especially if you don’t have dietary restrictions (bagels, sausage, pancakes, cinnamon rolls, cereal, oatmeal, eggs, biscuits, etc - an impressive spread). The only call out is for the food staff to be more mindful of mixing serving utensils for those who have dietary/allergy restrictions. Coolest thing I’ve ever seen in a Continental breakfast setup is an automated pancake maker. My stay would have been 5 stars with the exception of my departure. I checked out around 10:30am and asked the desk attendant for directions to the nearest Starbucks since I wanted a Matcha. She told me to make a left and it’s at the very end of the block -perfect. I get to the end of the block and there’s no Starbucks in sight but there is another coffeeshop at the corner. I walk further thinking maybe it’s on the next block-nothing. I then backtracked and went a block in the opposite direction to make sure I didn’t mishear her or she mistakenly gave the wrong direction. Still no Starbucks there. After walking for almost 20 minutes, I go to the coffee shop on the corner and ask them where the closest Starbucks is located; the lady working the cafe tells me “this is it”. And I’m so confused. She then proceeds to tell me ‘there’s not a single Starbucks downtown’, how great their coffee is and how much I’d love it. At this point I’m hot and exhausted from carrying around a 30+lb suitcase so I say sure why not. I asked her if they served Matcha - which of course they didn’t. Then she insists again that their coffee is great but I don’t want coffee. So I settled for Chai instead (which was good I’ll give her that). However I don’t appreciate being intentionally misinformed or deceived into doing business at any establishment no matter how good your coffee is. If your guests inquire with your employees about something they are seeking out, they trust they will receive an honest response (or at least an attempt at one); it is not appropriate to intentionally confuse or deceive them in any way, shape, or form.

  Excellent hotel stay! Price was great, free breakfast, easy parking, extra a/c portable fan in the room, friendly and helpful staff. And clean! Very very clean!

  Exceptional service and amazing staff. They were incredibly helpful and got me squared away quickly. I had been on a long walk and was pretty sweaty and they offered me some beverages while I waited.

  I stayed here for a single night and my accomodations were great. My room had amazing air conditining--even in 90 degree heat--and it got so chilly at night that I had to turn the temperature up a bit. My room looked clean and smelled clean, and the furnishings, decor, and amenities were all modern and looked like the photos. The king size bed was comfy, and the pillows were great. The only two things I didn't care for were 1: the housekeeper BANGING on neighboring doors starting at 9 am and then knocking (albeit way quieter) on mine 90 minutes before checkout, altogether waking me up on a morning when I intended to sleep in. 2: The Dove-labeled products in the bathroom are refilled with off-brand products. I have used Dove Daily Moisture as my shampoo every day for several years. This stuff did not smell like that, and my hair texture felt different after using. And the pump soap didn't have that distinct dove smell, either. ...but frankly, except in the fanciest of hotels, I think that's to be expected. So altogether, having paid less than 3 digits, I'm very happy with my stay. Short walk to the free street car that gets you to Amtrak and so much more.

  Staff is quite helping and reliable. Providing quick support. Rooms are specious. Laudry service is pathetic. Machines do not work Or always under maintenance. Staying there since last 2 week. Due to laundry not working, they are asking to get the laundry done somewhere else, although I have already paid for the stay with all facilities.
