  Went for a weekend trip. Everyone was nice and friendly. Seilyn the front desk concierge goes the extra mile to make sure you enjoy your stay.

  My family and I came here this past weekend The front desk worker was awesome The place was spic and span and the kitchen and food was awesome! There's an older gentleman in the kitchen really really nice explained to me what each item was and he even came out and got our plates from us when we were done at the table! Definitely I'm coming back!

  Before I write the bad, I will say the rooms are very clean and the place overall is very clean. The morning staff was pleasant and the breakfast was good. Now for the bad... Yes we arrived very late at night because we had car charging troubles on the way. But even with that the hotel parking situation is one of the worst experiences I've ever had parking. The lot was full, which I think is crazy to begin with. The lot is extremely small for the number of rooms it has. We were told to park a few blocks away in the overflow lot ...at 2am, with sketchy people yelling things and not acting right in the streets nearby. And to top it off parking costs $30. While we were walking out I seen a couple pulling away so I went back in and said can I take the spot they left from or are they reserved spots. He said no they will expect to have their spot when they come back. My first thought, why are they leaving at 2am, my second thought he didn't answer my question if they were reserved. Also, the hotel advertisement said EV charging, they had one EV stall, which was occupied by a non EV vehicle. Like what?!?!? There was a pickup truck also taking up 2 stalls. After voicing my concerns about walking multiple blocks at 2 am with sketchy people yelling things, the attendant offered the front on street parking. Which has no parking and tow signs. So I drive over there and parked for a moment. I called the police number listed on the sign. I explained to him where I was and he said , your car will be towed if you park there. So I opted for the overflow sketchy parking blocks away. I've never seen such horrible parking. The lot I had to park in was so sketchy and only had one other car in it, I really thought my car would be broken into or towed when I came out. Thankfully it wasn't. Also, none of the bathroom outlets worked.

  Wanna be right in the action?;) This is located just on the outskirts of the Power and Light District. Grab dinner, see a concert and T-Mobile Center and then would be a short walk back to the hotel. Rooms are updated, clean, and roomy. Lobby has a chill vibe.

  Great stay, staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean. The location was good for me because I had meetings close by. It would be a great location if you were going to a concert.
