- DPDan Pignatore6 days ago2.0Upon arrival no smile when checking in. I’m a platinum member and they never offered any complimentary water as they do at all the Best Westerns I stay at. When I asked for water he looked up my room and went back and grabbed two waters and never made eye contact as if it was a burden on him. The smoke detector went off in the middle of the morning because of low batteries. I stay at 4-6 Best Western hotels per calendar year and this will be my last time staying at this facility.
- EAEthan Adkisson6 days ago3.0Room was missing soap, doesn't have a coffee maker, and the bathroom door won't shut. Other than that typical 4 star hotel. Also breakfast didn't include coffee either. I need my coffee man.
- HHHeath Michael Allen (Hams)6 days ago2.0The man working the desk Friday and Saturday night (last week) accused me of having a fake ID. Apparently Iowa's IDs are marginally thinner than Missouri's, and that was enough for him to attack my character and start bending my ID in half. After the ordeal was sorted, he never offered an apology. I'm in my late 30s and can't imagine why I'd need a fake ID to book a room, nor would I even know where to get one. Both women I interacted with at the front desk were very polite and friendly. The area was quiet, and rooms were fine overall, no bugs, and clean, besides the sticky carpet. I travel to Kansas City frequently, but I won't be returning here, after being treated so rudely
- BLBenz LertAug 27, 20265.0Room, bathroom and bed were clean. Room is quiet. It has pool and exercise Room. No coffee maker but I'm fine with not having one. Lobby has coffee. Breakfast was good. Lots of option. Breakfast time M-S 6-9am, Su 6-10am. I've no issue. Ice machines don't work. There are washing and dryer machines available. (See photos).
