  We were traveling cross country with our dogs and this was our stop. Room was almost damp feeling and had an odor that I can't explain. TV did not work I changed batteries in remote and still didn't work. Front desk couldn't/ wouldn't help. You could hear the highway noise as if the window was cracked open. It appears this place wasn't renovated since the 80s. The room door wasnt even on a self closer which creates a huge safety and security risk while going into the room. Lastly the outlet in the bathroom didn't even work for the hair dryer. ONLY good thing that gave this a 2 star was the cheap price of about $125 on a Sunday night. Would NEVER recommend or stay here again. I'd rather stay in my vehicle.

  Great location! The shuttle service is so convenient. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast with amazing coffee. Value for money close to the airport. Room was ok.

  Smells like Indian kitchen. Old carpet, worn out chair, grainy tiny TV, antique microwave, crack on tiles. Gravy is good but Biscuit is stale and hard as a rock also the potato. Pros: 24 hour Coffee taste good. Airport shutte is nice.

  The check in was good, staff was efficient and helpful. Room is smaller than comparable hotel types. The hot water comes as quicker than other hotels that I have stayed at. I noticed the bathroom had the hookup for those agaisnt the back of the shower wall shampoo conditioner body wash plastic bottles but was empty, instead they have the small I mean small shampoo conditioner body wash bottles. One do not want to squeeze too much or you'll empty it out. Towels was okay, not plenty but just enough for 2 people, if more you'll have to go down to the front and get more The air conditioner was set to low and KC was humid and the room was not comfortable, so I increased it to high, it smelled of aircon with the filter not been replaced for a long time. Bed and pillow was adequate. Breakfast was subpar, very little variation, no oatmeal, the sausage link was tasting off, even on day 2, the biscuit was soggy and the gravy more watery than what I have experienced at other hotels. I only saw apples as fruit and it looked like it's been there for far too long. Coffee was a glass coffee pot like one of those smaller gas station. Surprised for this is supposed to be a plus but coffee felt subpar in presentation. To me it look to me the hotel put out tbe minimum for breakfast, not that one looks forward to. Not blaming the staff, it is probably the owner themselves where profit, increased even by a percent supersedes those staying there. One night if okay and just expect a subpar breakfast, multiple days then don't complain, it is what it it. Location is far away from most of the downtown KC tourist sites, so expect to drive, at least traffic was not as bad when we were there.

  Our room had a bad smell. Possibly pet urine (?) mold & mildew on the carpet? Definitely noticed that the carpeting throughout the hotel needed cleaned. The bathroom faucet needs replaced. Of all the BW locations, I'm sorry to say the worst. Tried to locate a front desk reception person but unable to tell them how disappointed we were in the condition of our room. No one was around when we were leaving. Also the elevator floor was very dirty. Breakfast acceptable, and that area was clean.
