- DBDave & Sam Bailey3 days ago1.0During my stay, I had an issue. We left a pillow on the bed that we wanted, returned to us, but we’ve already traveled too far away from the hotel when we remembered. I called the front desk. I was given a link to a website to put in the information to have it returned to me. Except when I looked at the prices to return $100 pillow, it was in the $800 range for shipping it back to my house. I called the front desk back and asked to review what was going on. Why was it so expensive? He miscalculated the dimensions. I asked for a manager to review what was put in and he said he was the only manager as the front desk agent. Then he went, and he updated the dimensions to something closer to the pillow, And their website still wanted to charge over $300 to ship it from the hotel to my house. This feels like extortion. And further, the man blew me off when I asked to speak to the manager of the property. I get it mistakes are made, and that will come with a cost. But extortion is a completely other business.

She had a limited selection of beers to choose from but shared the ones available. She served us with the coldest glasses that hit the spot on a warm evening. We also ordered some of the best chicken wings we have ever had. Kudos to the chef! Anyway, Kelly is an asset to the team. She’s is top notch. Check in. Easy and friendly. Very accommodating and helpful. The room. Very nice. Clean and shiny.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean, rooms have a smart functional design. And a bar downstairs, with decent burguers. Perfect stop if you are in the road.
