  Hotel was quiet clean and comfortable. They look like they’ve ground down the speed bumps so with my low to the ground car no scraping occurred (nice that they listened to their previous customers about that (see the previous reviews )). Overall great stay. Would stay again.

  Very delighted with my room. Nice, comfy bed & pillows. Everything nice and clean. Pool smelled slightly of chlorine, but nothing like other indoor pools (still enjoyed it). I usually stay at the holiday inn behind this one, but will making this my routine stop.

  There is no such thing a customer service at this location. I had booked a room at 8:52 pm at night. At 10:01 I received a confirmation and then at 10:04 pm I received a cancelation. I tried calling 3x with no answer. I spoke with the booking service over the phone as to try and find out why. She called 3x with no answer as well. No notes and I received no call as to why. They rebooked my room again as it still showed available at 10:23 pm. Received another cancelation at 10:57 p.m. I called and finally got an answer. They were canceling my room as they didn't have it available, but for some reason could not call me to let me know that. They were "upgrading" me to a king suite. Like it was way better than the 2 standard queen room I was trying to get. In my eyes that is a down grade. There was a reason I wanted the 2 beds! Needless to say communication is not their strong suite at all!

  Stayed for a night traveling for work. Shout out to the exceptional service from Austin at the front desk that day! Right off the highway with good parking. The room was quiet and everything about the building was clean and well kept. Delicious and varied options for breakfast! Grand Falls is a gorgeous spot just down the road and free to explore if you are feeling outdoorsy

  We stayed for just one night (family of 4) and had Ashley as the front desk employee when we checked in. When we got to our room, it smelled like smoke (to me and described as “strange” by the others) and we called Ashely to let her know we were comfortable staying in the room. She moved us to a different room and even checked the next room to make sure it was good before she moved us. She was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was very good as well, lots of extra options here in the buffet. Would definitely stay here again
