  I left a very expensive dental item in my room. Housekeeping found it and saved it. They packaged it and shipped it to me at my home. I am forever grateful. Thank you to the staff for being awesome!!!

  The overall rating started when the key cards would not work on our room. We went to front desk and got another set that also did not work. The poor front desk lady tried i feel it was faulty locks. She had to come and use a master key to let us in and another gentleman down the hallway had the same issue. Then right when she let us in and turned on the light it flickered because a bulb was going out. At that time she said she was almost sold out so couldn't move us to another room. Then my husband and I sat on the edge of the bed and it tipped up off the floor. The bed frame is not attached to headboard its just free standing! The bathroom light was also flickering. Turn on the bathroom light and there was a very decent amount of tiny ants in the sink and all around the sink. Crawling all over the floor. Sounds like a leak behind the sink vanity. For over 100 a night I would have thought it would offer a breakfast option but did not! Now the good! The bed was comfortable (small not a true queen more like a full) but 2 different choices of pillows firm and soft and because it was an extended stay there was enough towels and wash cloths. Also, the air conditioner worked amazing after the night before the motel did not have a very good ac. The rooms were very quiet with very little out side noise. Overall won't stay here again.

  Not sure how we booked this long term stay hotel. No breakfast! room has stove, pots and pans. We checked in on Sunday afternoon, hall way has lot of trash ready for pick up. We had a clean room and good view.

  Have been staying here since the Days Inn decided to increase their rates during the FIFA soccer match in Kansas City. A little more expensive but the rooms are quiet. Full size refrigerator is much better than the small dorm room style refrigerator. Stay 7 days and get $60 off the normal daily rate. Since it's extended stay hotel, cleaning is once a week so I don't have to put the Do not disturb sign up. Wifi is much better than Days Inn. Was using my 5G phone with unlimited monthly Internet while staying there. If I didn't have it, it would be costly.

  Don't reserve a room if you live closer than 60 miles from here. We reserved a room by phone, they charged us, got to the hotel and the very rude staff member told us we can't stay there because we only live 59.1 miles away so we're considered "too local." Ok so I asked for my refund and the staff said Nope you have to contact priceline. I said Ok can I get the contact number for Priceline? Staff said nope you have to look it up online. So I look up the number and can't get anybody but AI on to help me. So my money is spent, my night is ruined and I have no place to stay.
