  5/15/26 We booked a room here as it was advertised a HOTEL. Traveling with my mother who is 87. We get there and find out there is no elevator- this is a MOTEL. We were put on 2nd floor not a big deal for most people but we were expecting a hotel since that's how this best western represents itself. Again...there is no elevator at this location if you would require that. Also loud vent noises all night and very outdated. Learned our lesson don't believe what is advertised.

  A really bad experience of spending a night at the hotel in a long time. We spend 2 May, Saturday night at the hotel . Start with the room, I don't think there was any renovation done, there was some sort of smell in the room, the WC seat was worn out, the counter top had old stickers sticking on it . The worst part was the breakfast in the morning. Never experienced anything like it. Two women were working the shift. When asked about a food, they didn't understand English and spoke some south American language, I can live with it, as sign language is international. To start with no breads, expecting they were standing few feet from it, they would fill it by being attentive to it, they didn't, so we told them about it, they brought out half a packet of bread and rather filling it up, just put 4 bread slices in it ( people were still coming ) , no cream spread, no orange juices, didn't see any bagels. Went to the front desk and informed them about the lack of food, nothing done. The best part was, while we were looking for food , the two workers kept making boxes for themselves. This review is to improve the services . I really hope things improve.

  Hidden jem, great price, very close to stores, quite area. Fridge had a freezer.

  Room OK definitely an older hotel. That was previously remodeled still has the field of an older best western beds, real cheap and springy not a lot of cushion. The restroom was a bit outdated but clean the microwave was clean and the refrigerator was dirty and I believe it doesn’t work does have newer, updated flatscreen TVs

  Jodi at the front desk was amazing! Great customer service, such a positive attitude and personality. She was very knowledgeable on the area and gave us a list of great restaurants and scenic views in the area. Her greeting us to the area was the highlight of our stay! The rooms were clean and felt so homey. Loved being able to park right outside our room. The breakfast was delicious, Julia did an amazing job keeping everything stocked, fresh, and clean. Couldn’t have asked for better breakfast, such a variety of options to choose from. Hotel was very accommodating and accessible for my handicapped grandfather. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area. Thank you to the employees involved making our stay comfortable and enjoyable!
