  Highly unprofessional staff that hardly comprehends English I shouldn’t have to repeat myself a million times to get a straight answer and it is repetitively like that. Managers can be clearly over heard from the other room as being obnoxious swearing and generally rude and unprofessional. Idk why they emphasize they only have one room for the night the lots pretty empty but whatever. They don’t have any concept of offering a real solution. They emphasize the card used must be typed by her on her keyboard instead of using the card reader she claims it’s broken. The woman working runs the card and it tells her it’s declined. I contact my boss and it was absolutely charged twice for two separate transactions. I try explaining this to her at first and she’s incredibly rude at first ignoring me and so I just wave my hand at her cause like hello im talking to you. She becomes aggressive insisting I give her another card to use and I tell her I will not be doing that you have to resolve this and explained I do not care if every other transaction has processed fine for you this way before until now, you have to resolve this and she just starts ignoring me and so I continue talking to my boss on my phone and he insists I just leave because this is absolutely ridiculous. She insists we don’t have to file a dispute with the bank but to protect the company I work for I insisted to my boss he does file a dispute with the bank because not only did it charge twice, but the biggest issue is the quoted charge was only supposed to be $131 and some change. He reads the statement to me and it charged him $167 and change TWICE. It is a big deal to incorrectly process a transaction inspite of her insisting that it’s not. And since she continued to ignore me I left without saying anything since my boss told me on the phone too and this woman starts yelling unprofessionally and aggressively asking so you’re really just going to cancel?? Yeah.. I have standards….

  The rooms are always clean, it is always quiet. The staff are very accommodating.

  My family really enjoyed our stay. The front desk staff was really great to work with. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. It was so clean and the breakfast was amazing.

  Completely phenomenal when you want something good to eat and have a little bit of fun there is a bowling alley next door that's what I love about it

  Stayed here last weekend with my family and one of the employees at front desk claimed to me and my partner that we flooded the room that was directly under us. Called our room and asked us if we were running water we had probably been in the room after checking in for no more than two hours. My partner took a shower that was about 10 mins and then I ran a bath. We told them that we had been bathing of course but there was no water ran for long periods nor did our room flood they sent a maintenance which was fine he checked our room and carpet and seen there was nothing wrong they tried charging us an extra $75 accusing us of causing damages to the room directly under us bc the “ceiling was leaking” water it made no sense they showed no proof of the other room flooding or anything after finally getting a run around they said they weren’t going to charge the extra $75 but my point was how can you blame a guests who’s first time staying in the hotel of flooding another room on another floor you mines well tell the guests don’t shower or bathe bc it will flood another room and we are going to charge you for problems out of your control. I didn’t even fill the tub all the way up nor had any water on the floor I have never heard or been told something like this by any hotel.
