  I chose this Staybridge Suites because I expected a higher-quality experience and even used a significant number of points for this stay. Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have had in a long time. The hotel has an unpleasant odor throughout the property, and the overall cleanliness is far below what I expect from the Staybridge Suites brand. The room did not feel properly cleaned, and several areas appeared neglected. The pantry/snack market was nearly empty, with most shelves completely bare. For an extended-stay hotel that advertises these amenities, this was surprising and disappointing. What frustrates me most is that I specifically chose this property because I trusted the Staybridge Suites name and spent a substantial amount of points for what I expected to be a quality stay. Instead, I found a property that feels poorly maintained, understocked, and lacking the attention to detail that guests deserve. I have stayed at many Staybridge Suites locations over the years, and this is by far the worst one I have experienced. Management needs to address the cleanliness issues, the unpleasant odor, and the lack of basic pantry inventory if they want this property to meet brand standards. Very disappointing. I would not stay here again.

  Not the greatest hotel. I choose it for the full size fridge, close to planet fitness and closer to work then last trip to KC. Also hotel choices where limited with world cup soccer in town. First room the fridge was broken and almost lost $100 in food over night. Shower water pressure was bad. Next morning I reported it amd when I got back that evening they had moved all my food to another room, which they switched me too. Second room the dishwasher was broke. I reported it and it never got fixed. Stains on the carpet but the water pressure was great. Cleaning service schedule I could never figure out. Sometime 3 days in a row. Other times 2 days with nothing. But every time they missed something. Towels, trash, coffee or making the bed. Half way through my stay the oven in the main kitchen broke so no hot food for breakfast for a couple day. And 1 night of Manager reception canceled. Over all the people are nice and very helpful but the hotel over all is showing its age.

  I knew from the moment we walked in it was not a clean hotel. The sliding glass doors were filthy, The elevator was even worse. The room was in desperate need of an updating.I booked a queen suite, it was definitely not a suite. We are IHG members. This is the worst IHG Hotel we have ever stayed in.

  Disappointed in our stay. We are gold elite members so we stay in tons of IHG properties throughout the year. This room was just not clean. Bedskirt had stains on it. Body fluids? Vents were dust covered. Clean the lights and vents folks. Cob webs were on the vanity, and I found the spider in the bathroom. The cherry on the top was the cleaning folks knocking on the door at 10:02am when checkout was at 11.

  Friendly people ,my room was a little dated but very serviceable. A few quibbles not outlet in my bathroom and not much light hard to dry my hair inside .outside in the bedroom there is a full length mirror with a plug nearby. I was in a room with a wheelchair access shower so maybe another room would be different.
